ED raided former Delhi minister Saurabh Bharadwaj’s house till two PM yesterday

Saurabh says he is ready to go to jail

Raids were conducted at the Greater Kailash residence of the former cabinet minister in Delhi government Saurabh Bharadwaj by the sleuths of Enforcement Directorate though they didn’t find anything that may intrest to the ED. However, they have taken two affidavits, one filed during the elections and another one filed by Saurabh Bharadwaj in another context.

According to Bharadwaj they found nothing except the wads on Rs one, ten and twenty used in marriages and few jewelry of his mother etc. They raided the rooms of his mother and father as well thoroughly.

He said that when the ED came to his residence for raids I asked them if they raid the residence of the poor people and leave the ultra rich free then what is the use of being honest. People will give away honesty and involve themselves in fraudulent acts to mint money.

He said that he will today expose the BJP central government, the LG and CM of their alleged misdeeds with authentic proofs.

He was speaking to his followers and the media outside his house yesterday night at 2.00 AM when the raids stopped which had started at eight in the night.

Hundreds of AAP activists from various parts of Delhi had collected outside the residence of the former minister who said that they will not get anything and we are ready to go to jail.

He asked the ED sleuths to arrest him but they couldn’t as there is nothing against him said Saurabh Bharadwaj.

He said that the ED came do whatever they want but I will not speak according to their dictates come what may. I will only the obey the AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on whose ethics and wisdom he works said smiling Saurabh Bharadwaj.

He thanked the crowd and said the solidarity expressed by them towards him has infact hiked his morale and will always come true to their expectations saying that he is not afraid of anything and is ready to go to jail till two years.

By that time I will be out by bail said Bharadwaj amid cheers and clappings from the AAP activists assembled outside his house.

An enthusiastic women group was busy in a Kirtan whole night while the ED was raiding his house finding literary nothing as credible evidence.
