New Delhi! The Himalayan mountains are still in their infancy. If these sensitive peaks are exploited in this manner, if encroachment on the natural routes of rivers and streams and construction work are not stopped, then disasters will not stop either.

These views were discussed in the Deputy Speaker Hall of the Constitution Club of New Delhi by the Parvatiya Lok Vikas Samiti, Himalayan Resources Enhancement Society, New Initiative New Soch and expressed by Prof. Dhananjay Joshi, former Vice Chancellor of Delhi Teachers University.

The chief speaker of the seminar, journalist and poetess Mrs. Sushma Jugran Dhyani said that this disaster in Uttarakhand is happening due to the continuous melting of glaciers where there were standards even for the sound of the conch, if nature is being disturbed in the name of tourism, then this will be the result.
