Delhi Court postpones Kejrival’s bail petition for 8 th August. I.N.D.I.A. leaders to protest at Jantar Mantar on 30 July against his deteriorating health condition in Jail
The Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejrival who has been in incarceration at Tihar Jail in the Delhi Government’s New Excise Policy , now scrapped related liquor scam case pertaining to allegedly receiving Rs 44 crore as commission / bribe , though AAP claiming that there is no money trial against its leader till yet etc , today got a jolt after his urge for bail has been further postponed for August 8 by a Delhi court.
However, this happened despite the Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival already getting the interim bail for the second time, earlier by the Supreme Court , though he was released for 21 days earlier too on interim bail in which the apex court has allowed him to campaign for his party candidates and that of the INDIA alliance during the general elections in the month of June.
The CM Delhi had reported to jail authorities on June 2 nd after completing his 21 days interim bail period release n since then he is in jail.
Meanwhile, the INDIAN NATIONAL INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENTAL ALLIANCE (INDIA) and its leaders have stood in unison behind the AAP national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival and announced that on July 30, the entire factions of the INDIA alliance would be protesting for the entire day at Jantar Mantar against the seriously declining health condition of the incarcerated AAP leader. Top leaders of the I.N.D.I.A will participate in this protest rally cum Dharna on July 30 and the attendence of the cumulative strength of all the workers of the various constituents of this non BJP conglomeration from all over India will be in thousands.
The entire INDIA alliance leaders have already expressed their serious concern and criticized the central government for playing with the health of Delhi CM in Tihar jail where his sugar level is constantly falling and his weight also decreasing considerably which may adversely affect his vital internal body parts like kidney, heart and lungs etc.
The Rajya Sabha MP and AAP leader Raghav Chadda has in the meeting of INDIA leaders on Tuesday has categorically while explaining about the deteriorating health condition of Arvind Kejrival said that since his leader’s condition is worsening day by day, the INDIA alliance leaders should go to Tihar jail and see for themselves the deteriorating health condition of Kejrival.
He also urged them to issue a statement in this regard.
It may be recalled that the Delhi CM who is a sugar patient for the last several years is in Tihar jail for the last more than four months and his every petition filed in lower and Delhi High court for bail have been rejected after the serious intervention of India’s premier agency CBI.
Though he has been granted an interim bail by the Supreme Court after his petition was referred to a larger supreme court bench in an ED case the CBI court has further postponed the case for the next date of 8 th August. Till then he will be in Jail.
