Delhi CM summoned by CBI for interrogation on 16 April in connection with alleged liquor scam !
The Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejrival has been summoned by the premier investigation agency CBI on 16 th April, Monday at its headquarter in connection with the liquor case in which the deputy chief of Delhi Manish Sisodia is already behind bar at Tihar Prisons since the last few months. The CBI has got certain clues in connection with the ongoing Liquor Scam and therefore wanted to interrogate the Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival reveal sources. The Delhi CM has agreed to go to CBI to answer their queries. He has been summoned at 11.00 AM on 16 April.
The former Delhi health minister Satyendra Jain is also in Tihar prisons for the last nine months in connection with a case of money laundering.
According to a tweet of Aam Admi Party : The ED is torturing people, by pressuring them and taking false statements. In the case of Sanjay Azad Singh the statement are different and in charge sheet something else is written. On Manish Sisodia case the ED had said that he had broken the phones but several of his phones are in CBI custody tweeted AAP.
Meanwhile, the Aam Admi Party will take the legal services of the leading advocate of Supreme Court and Congress leader Abhishekh Manu Singhvi. This change of heart of seeking the legal services of Abhishekh Manu Singhvi has come after the non BJP unity efforts being energised and Arvind, Kejrival standing in favour of Rahul Gandhi when he was disqualified as Lok Sabha member, castigating the BJP.
Kindly recall that a case was registered against the then deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia in a liquor scam after the Delhi government arbitrarily formed a new excise policy and allegedly committed a liquor scam strongly refuted by them.
The CBI had raided several places including the residence of the former deputy CM Manish Sisodia and charged him of destroying several mobile phones to destroy evidence.
However, the Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival had been ridiculing the government and CBI for harassing the opposition leaders and AAP for speaking against BJP n the government and trying to level false and fabricated cases against his ministers who are working for the upgradation of Delhi schools and education system in order to arbitrarily put them in jails.
Meanwhile, the Delhi BJP leader and son of former BJP Delhi CM Madan Lal Khurana, Harish Khurana has while castigating the AAP for always levelling false charges against BJP said that the law is taking its own course and why are the AAP leaders afraid of any investigation if they are honest, true and transparent. They should face the law.
Addressing a press conference Sanjay Singh MP while criticising the government said that Arvind Kejrival has been summoned by CBI just because he had spoken against the PM to help his industrialist friend Adani and pledged publicly to fight against massive corruption. He said the day Arvind Kejrival criticised PM and Adani I told him that now is his number after Satyendra Jain amd Manish Sisodia and the day has come said vociferous AAP MP Sanjay Singh.
