Deeksha Joshi of Pithoragarh secures 19 th position qualifying IAS in her first attempt
Diksha Joshi of Pithoragarh has secured the outstanding 19 th position in All India Rank in IAS exams. What is significant about her unique achievement is that she qualified the UPSC exams in her first attempt. Daughter of the BJP spokesman of Uttarakhand Suresh Joshi qualifying the exam of reputed Indian civil service in first attempt and seeking 19 th position unambiguously speaks of her extraordinary knowledge and immense dedication towards her preparations of more than two years. She is undoubtedly a proud daughter of her parents and entire Uttarakhand with chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also heartily congratulating her.
After her result appeared hundreds of people are coming to her house to congratulate her for her outstanding achievement. Having passed her 12 th class, intermediate from Mallikarjun college Pithoragarh studious Deeksha completed her higher education from Dehradun pursuing her MBBS but simultaneously prepared for IAS finally passing it out with flying colours getting 19 th position in just 1 st attempt. WOW. Heartiest congratulations to her and her parents.

According another news a graduate of St. Stephens college, there after pursuing her post graduation from JNU later on joining Delhi school of economics Shruti Sharma has qualified n topped the Civil Services examination. Sanjay Kaw journalist tweeted : Shruti prepared for her civil services at the Jamia Millia Islamia residential coaching academy. Ankita Agrawal and Gamini Singla have secured 2nd and third position . Ankita is also an economics honours graduate from Delhi University tweeted Kaw.
सवाल तो ये है कि अधिकारी जन सेवक वाली भावना कब पैदा करेंगे ? जब ये पढ़ रहे होंगे या या ट्रेनिंग ले रहे होंगे या फिर जब ये जॉब कर रहे होंगे . अधिकारियों के निरंकुश होने , सेवा भाव की कमी होना और जनता के लिए सुलभ होना और भ्रष्ट या माफियों की लॉबी या भ्रष्ट नेता के सामने झुकना कब बंद होगा ? ट्रेनिंग में कमी रह जाती है या फिर व्यक्तित्व में ही आवश्यक गुण विकसित नहीं हो पाता, क्यों !!? हम पास होने का जश्न मनाते हैं और फिर बात आयी- गयी हो जाती है और सरकारी अधिकारियों की असंवेदनशीलता और भ्रष्ट नेताओं के साथ गठजोड़ लोकतंत्र के सफल होने में रोड़ा हो जाता है . किसी छात्र के सफल होने से कही अधिक आवश्यक है छात्र से अधिकारी बने जनसेवक का सफल होना . तब जनता के लिए प्रसन्नता का अवसर बनाता है . अधिकारी जनसेवक बने संवेदनशीलता से भरा क्योंकि सिविल सर्वेंट का हर दिन परिक्षा भरा होता है और हम इतनी धूमधाम से पास होते लोगों को रोज प्रशासन में फेल होते देखते हैं. ये चिंता का विषय है. आशा है सफल होने वाले छात्र इस पर गौर करेंगे और जनसेवा के लम्बे कार्यकाल में भी पास होंगे . शुभकामनाएं
