CPI national General Secretary D. Raja n other leaders meet Delhi ‘s wife and daughter to express their solidarity
The CPI General Secretary D.Raja , Dr. Balachandra Kango, Ramakrishna Panda, both CPI national secretaries and professor Dinesh Varshney, secretary, CPI Delhi State Council and CPI national council member, today met Mrs. Sunita Kejriwal wife of the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and his daughter Harshita in protest against the arrest of serving Chief Minister Delhi and expressed full support, cooperation and solidarity of the Communist Party of India to them.
D Raja said that this is the dictatorial policy of the Modi government to suppress the powerful voice of the opposition. He assured that they will continue to strongly oppose this together. Modi government is deliberately harassing the India alliance by arresting Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal. There are movements against this all over India said the CPI leader.
Professor Dinesh Varshney , secretary CPI Delhi informed the anguished family that today leftist parties across Delhi are protesting against the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by demonstrating etc and demanding her release.
