Congress Ukhand chief Pritam Singh demands high level judicial probe and resignation of CM Rawat on testing scam
The most controvertial fake Covid 19 testing episode in Haridwar during the month of April Mahakumbh has gained tremendous momentum in Uttarakhand, especially in its capital Dehradun n Haridwar where main opposition party Congress and a new entrant AAM Admi Party activists are protesting vocefirously, demanding resignation of the Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat accusing the ruling BJP and its top leaders allegedly patronising one of the owners of the dubious testing firm, exhibiting his pictures with various leaders including CM in social media on Thursday. (However, in politics getting pictures clicked with political leaders is a common affair and necessarily does not guarantee patronising those in the pictures.)
The AAM Admi Party protestors have openly blamed the party in power of patronising the owner of the Max Corporate which is allegedly one of the firms whose name appeared in this fake testing controversy.
It may be recalled that the lid over this massive corruption pertaining to alleged fake antigen testing reports in Haridwar in the month of April came to light few days ago with the former and present CMs of Uttarakhand both ” TSRs” coming in a direct collision course with one saying that this dubious controversy of fake testing appeared quite before his assuming the charge as new CM in March and another demanding a high level judicial enquiry on it terming it an extremely serious matter, not leaving the culprits go Scot free.
The collision course between the two CMs of Uttarakhand of the same party, was much hyped in both print and electronics media.
The matter came to light when a person from Phagwara, Punjab received a Covid 19 negative report in his phone. He was stunned n shocked as he had never got himself tested. He immediately complained to the Indian Medical Council, a regulatory authority and the matter was divulged in the media creating ripples of controversy in entire Uttarakhand and the country.
There are reports of more than one lakh fake testings while some media reports are even giving the four lakh fake testing numbers.
This startling disclosure has brought the Uttarakhand government in a tight spot with Congress and Aam Admi Party vociferously protesting, blaming the state’s ruling party of being in collusion with the owner of the firm involved in this shabby affair.
According to the latest news reports, the Uttarakhand Congress will be organising the state wide protests against the state government led by BJP over the alleged Mahakumbh fake Covid test scam on Friday at Haridwar n other parts of Uttarakhand.

He demanded a high level judicial probe into the fake testing episode and resignation of the Uttarakhand CM.
Meanwhile the highly exasperated Aam Admi Party activists today led by Ravindra Jugran protested at Dehradun in front of BJP office and burnt earthen pots.
This happened is several other parts of Uttarakhand on Thursday protesting against BJP, demanding the resignation of its CM Trivendra Singh Rawat.
Jugran said that breaking of pots signify the bursting of sins committed by the BJP government in this fake testing scam. He added that the fake testing has brought down the reputation of the state and the nation globally.
They said that the role of the ruling party having alleged connections with the firms involved in this shabby affairs cannot be ruled out hence its chief minister should resign forthwith taking the moral responsibility on his shoulders said Ravindra Jugran.
While strongly denying the allegations of Congress and AAP the BJP leaders said that it is the frustration of these leaders that has resulted in levelling baseless allegations against the BJP.
Mr. Devendra Bhasin said the government is determined to take strong action against those involved in this scam.
It may be recalled that pictures of one Mr. Pant of Max Corporate are being posted in social media by the opposition party leaders and activists with Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat, union education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, national BJP leader J.P. Nadda, union minister Smriti Irani, Narendra Singh Tomar, minister, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, Ajay Bhatt MP n others.

During the Haridwar Mahakumbh about one crore pilgrims, seers, saints etc have taken the dip in Ganges during the Mahakumbh in the Month of April and as per a report of The Quint about 1.3 lakh persons were infected of Covid 19.
The three firms who’d been issued notices by the SIT are Max Corporate service, New Delhi, Malwa laboratories private limited, Haryana and Dr. Lal Chandani lab. The SIT is telephoning to the persons on mobile numbers that have been procured by them from the list of these companies to ascertain whether they are the real persons having been tested or not. On daily basis about 3500 persons are being contacted by every employ assigned this job. Till now about forty thousand people have been contacted with majority of them not responding to the calls or want to avoid involving themselves in this controversy.
