Congress may play kingmaker in government formation in Mizoram with regional party ZPM emerging as the largest party

The Congress party is emerging as a king maker in the formation of a new government in Mizoram and as the the exit poll forecasts the regional party of Mizoram led by the former IPS Lalduhoma is set to emerge as the biggest party securing maximum number of seats. The regional party known as Zoram People’s Party led the the former IPS Lalduhoma is all set to procure maximum number if seats reveal the exit polls. However, the ruling MNF is also claiming to be the biggest party as revealed by another exit poll agency. There is, also a possibility of a triangular results coming in by some exit polls in which it is believed that the Congress party may play a role of a Kingmaker. According to the Aaj Tak – My India exit polls the regional party of Mizoram Zoram People’s Movement is getting 28 to 35 seats whereas, the ruling MNF is getting negligible 5 to 7 seats and Congress 2 to 4 seats with BJP getting merely 0 to 2 seats. If we believe in the exit poll of JAN KI BAAT the Zoram People’s Movement is bagging 15 to 25 seats with MNF getting 10 to 14 seats. The exit poll shows Congress bagging 5-9 seats but BJP merely 0 to 2. According to India, TV CNX exit polls it has given 12-16 seats to Zoram People’s Movement and 14 to 18 seats to ruling MNF. The Congress party was given 2 to 8 seats and BJP merely 0 to 2 seats. Similarly the ABP voter survey exit poll has given 15 to 25 seats to ZPM , 15 to 21 to MNF, 2 to 8 seats to Congress and 0 to 5 seats to BJP. According to Times Now – Exit polls the regional party of Mizoram ZPM is likely to bag 10 to 14 assembly seats, the ruling MNF 14-16 seats and Congress party 14-18 seats with BJP getting merely 0-1 seat. The Republic Metrix exit polls give only 7 to 12 seats to the regional party ZPM, 17 to 22 to MNF , 7 to 10 to Congress and 1 to 2 seats to BJP. Similarly according to Republic P Mark exit poll results , ZPM is getting the 9 to 15 seats whereas the MNF is getting 14 to 20 seats with Congress bagging 7 to 10 seats with BJP merely 0 to 2 seats.
