Complaint to DFO, Dehradun , forest department against HESCO headquarter of Anil Joshi for its construction on reserve forest land by Sandeep Chamoli

The chief of HESCO , eminent environmentalist having been felicitated with two prestigious awards , the Padma Shree and Padmabhushan by the successive presidents of India – Anil Joshi is under the suspicious eyes of lens.
There are allegedly serious charges against him for acknowledging favours from the powers that be by constructing the headquarter of his NGO – Himalayan Environmental Studies and Conservation Organisation in the reserve forest area including building roads and executing construction with regard to his said spacious office building, arbitrarily.
Environmentalist Anil Joshi is the same person who never raised a single voice against the brutal murder of a 19 year old deceased Ankita Bhandari from Garhwal who was being pushed into alleged prostitution and on her denial this brave daughter of Uttarakhand was lynched and thrown into the Chila canal with his dead body found after five days by the police.
Though, despite his being non concerned with the Ankita Bhandari case, Anil Joshi filed a complaint with the DGP Uttarakhand asking for investigating this case to find the VIP involved in this case just after the CM recommended for CBI probe.
This complaint was then converted into an FIR and sent to the central government to be handed over to the CBI to make is a basis for initiating its in-depth probe after the chief minister of Uttarakhand recommended for the CBI probe on the pressure of the general outraged people of the state and the traumatised family of Ankita Bhandari’s demand.
Several legal experts sympathised to Ankita Bhandari cause had raised serious objections to this government ploy saying that the latter should have asked the parents of late Ankita Bhandari to lodge the FIR than to managing the environmentalist Anil Joshi all of a sudden who didn’t showed any interest or concern in this case since day one till date, thus seeing a technical flaw and an ill conceived design to weaken the case.
Meanwhile an advocate of Dehradun Uttarakhand Sandeep Chamoli has raised a lid on the alleged case of favours being given to the environmentalist Anil Joshi.
In a complaint sent to the DFO, Government of Uttarakhand the complainant Sandeep Chamoli has alleged that the HESCO headquarter , ( NGO) owned by Anil Joshi has illegally encroached upon the 1980 Forest conservation Act, Clause 2 by not only constructing it on the reserve forest land ( Asharodi) but also building roads and other facilities which are unambiguously prohibited in Reserve Forest range area as per the provisions of the Forest Conservation Act’s clause 2 , 1980.
The complaint demands clarification on the queries put forth by the complainant in his complaint about the open alleged contravention of the forest rules in building the HESCO headquarter with connection roads in Asharodi forest range in Dehradun.
This issue is being highlighted by various news channels and some of the videos in this respect going viral too.
