CM Dhami made announcements of 1090 projects but government orders issued only in 15% projects to misguide people : Col. Kothiyal

The Aam Admi Party’s chief ministerial candidate Colonel Ajay Kothiyal, declared the party’s candidate from Gangotri Assembly constituency, the only seat declared so far by Delhi’s Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, has castigated the Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami for announcing about 1090 projects in Uttarakhand during his few months rule but only getting the government orders of merely 163 projects, amounting to 15% works, issued.

Addressing a press conference at the AAM ADMI Party office quoting the replies acknowledged by the government of Uttarakhand in response to the RTI query filed by RTI activist Hemant Gunia of Haldwani, Colonel Kothiyal said that the chief minister of Uttarakhand has misguided the people of the state proving that Uttarakhand has not seen a “Ghoshnavir”, till date as is the chief minister.

The chief minister has made 1090 announcements in the state worth hundreds of crores of Rupees from from 4 th July to 3 rd December and proved to be a highest announcement making CM in such a short time with the government orders of only 15% projects issued so far.

Rest all all in cold storage till date said Ajay Kothiyal. Regarding the maximum 237 announcements of various projects made out of 1090 schemes, the AAP leader said that only government orders of 11 schemes were issued, rest being in cold storage.

In the context of other departments, Kothiyal said that the projects related to the Urban Development departments were 176 in numbers but only 4 schemes’ government orders were issued and similarly in the cases of 143 schemes of irrigation departments, only 16 government orders were issued. This is a clear cut exercise to befool the people of the state said Colonel Kothiyal castigating the Uttarakhand CM in his PC.

In a tweet in Hindi he wrote : There had not been the biggest GHOSHNA VEER ( DECLARATION VALIANT) than Dhamiji in the history of Uttarakhand. @pushkardhami ji made 1090 announcements but issued government orders of only 163 schemes.
