Cloud bursting are routine incidents which unfortunately are not being studied closely & no safety measures are being taken in advance as if it is only God made which may not be case always.Human beings are making favourable conditions for occurrence of such situations. Abroad such hilly regions also exist but such types of cloud burstings are not reported or not noticed. We will have to make study this situation & suggest some concrete measures to check it which will have to be implemented if we want to save our hills, its people & fauna.
