The dates for the civic elections in Uttarakhand have been announced. Voting will take place on January 23 while the results will be declared simultaneously on January 28. There will be tremendous cold on 23 rd and 28 January with most of the parts of Uttarakhand overlapped with snow and freezing waves dominating everywhere.
