Candle march by IYC demanding capital punishment to the human beasts of the obnoxious rape of a nine year old girl in Delhi
The daughter of the country should get justice at the earliest. We want that the family of the deceased daughter should get justice by getting the culprits punished under stringent sections of IPC for their unforgivable crime: Srinivas BV.

Indian Youth Congress on Wednesday organised Candle march over the cruelty done to the 9-year-old daughter in Delhi and over the increasing crimes in the country and Delhi.
Youth Congress workers from all over the country participated in this march. Adressing the protestors the Indian Youth Congress chief Srinivas BV said that crimes against daughters are incessantly increasing in the country. If we look at the figures, the crime against Dalit daughters is increasing manifold said IYC chief.
Terming the daughters of Dalit as the the daughters of the country, Sriniwas said injustice is increasing under BJP rule, the voice of the poor, dalits are being crushed everywhere. It is time – we all have to become the voice of the poor, downtrodden and should stand together in their fight against injustice. He added : Now-a-days Home Minister Amit Shah, who is responsible for maintaining law and order in Delhi as well, is going to UP to distribute law and order certificates, and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who shows Delhi the dream of Singapore, London, Paris, is also just busy in self propoganda rather than curbing alleged rapes of our innocent daughters as the one happened in Delhi cantonment.
National President of Youth Congress Srinivas BV demanded immediate justice in this case bringing the culprits to law book giving them sternest of the punishment at the earliest.
He added : We want that the family of the deceased adolescent daughter get immediate justice by getting the culprit punished for his unforgivable crime under stringent sections of the law and adequate financial compensation granted to the aggrieved family. He demanded fast track investigation of the case ensuring capital punishment at the earliest.
National In-charge of Youth Congress and AICC Jt-Secretary Shri Krishna Allavaru said that neither the Chief Minister nor the Prime Minister of the country had promised the safety of their sisters at the time of elections to wipe their tears. Due to the negligence of the BJP government, the rule of law has been replaced by jungle raj said Allavaru.
It may be recalled that an innocent adolescent girl of merely nine years was raped and brutally murdered by a priest of a crematorium n three others in Delhi Cant area sending shock in Delhi at at the pan India level. This shameless obnoxious incident reminds us of a Kathua case that happened few years ago n the dreaded case of Damini of Vasant Vihar and Najafgarh, Delhi that raised national outrage creating furore in Indian parliament as well bringing a strong law to punish the guilty most stringently, giving them capital punishment. The guilty of the Damini case were sentenced to Death.
