The BJP leader Manohar Dhaakad whose video committing an immoral obnoxious sexual act with a woman at Mandsaur Delhi Mumbai highway caught on CCTV camera going viral in social media had been arrested by the police and case registered under various sections of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita viz. Section 296 ( publicly committing immoral act) section 285 ( risk to life and property) and section 3(5) and FIR lodged forthwith. Despite the hue and cry raised in the social media at the pan India level with BJP’s image going terribly down, this BJP leader instead of surrendering was absconding. His wife is the district Panchayat member and various teams of police who confirmed that the car in which this BJP leader was travelling with a woman who committed an immoral act on the highway getting out of this car belonged to him. It may be recalled that this most obnoxious sexual act happened on Delhi Mumbai highway on 13 th May and the CCTV footage went live on social media after some days creating quite a sensation in political and media circles with comments condemning this incident in strongest possible terms and accusing the BJP started coming tremendously in social media. The opposition political party leaders also started condemning the BJP top brass for keeping a silence and not terminating the leader from the party despite his extreme immoral bad deeds going viral in social media. After tremendous social media pressure he was finally arrested and sent to jail. The DIG of Ratlam range Manoj Singh has strongly criticized such immoral and obnoxious acts on public places and said that such behaviour in public places is not acceptable thus stringently liable for legal action. The roads are meant for the use of the common man not for conducting such illegal and immoral activities said the DIG.
