Bahuguna is unemployed as couldn’t get RS despite defecting to Congress says Rawat. Bahuguna ridicules, may be Rawat will be swept away in Congress wave he’s claiming to be existing in Uttarakhand
While the Uttarakhand’s elections date is nearing the season of accusations and counter accusations has commenced between the Congress and BJP leaders in particular with Aam Admi Party going out of media hype for the time being.
It was first Dr. Harak Singh Rawat vs Harish Rawat, finally the former addressing the latter as his, elder brother and seeking apologies for his bad mouthing saying that for elder brother Harish Rawat seven murders are excused ( saat khoon maaf hain, being a proverb in hindi language) but now the tug of war has shifted from Rawat vs Rawat to Vijay Bahuguna vs Rawat, both the former CMs of Uttarakhand while in Congress. Vijay Bahuguna had defected to BJP in 2017 along with nine Congress MLAs.
On Thursday former Congress CM Harish Rawat has ridiculed and criticized his old friend though always his arch rival in Congress Vijay Bahuguna, now in BJP, saying that he was out of the scene for a long time with no work but now has been given employment as he is in Dehradun to appease the annoyed BJP legislators, especially those who had joined BJP in 2017. He even went to the extent of accusing his old friend Vijay Bahuguna of joining BJP with the hope of being made the Rajya Sabha MP but despite his best efforts he could not succeed becoming unemployed but now, he has got employment as he has been given the responsibility to appease the annoyed BJP leaders n MLAs in Uttarakhand. Kindly recall that Vijay Bahuguna has arrived in Dehradun and there are news that he has been assigned the responsibility to tame the annoyed lawmakers and strengthen the party in view of the fast nearing elections in the himalayan state. Speaking to media Harish Rawat said that there is lot of internal squabbling in BJP and the saffron party central leadership is badly worried.
However, Vijay Bahuguna who could not get the Rajya Sabha despite his best efforts has now got employment to tame these annoyed MLAs of BJP in Uttarakhand. On the statement of Vijay Bahuguna that Harish Rawat has not declared about his seat he will contest from and that he will be finished in the Congress wave being claimed by him, Harish Rawat said let the appropriate time come I will disclose everything . This clearly indicate that Bahuguna has no faith on Modiji’s leadership and Modi wave. Rawat also said that the Congress party is least interested to welcome the previous Congress rebels who defected to BJP terming them as ” Ujyadu bald”, ( the demolishing bulls) who believe in destroying in whichever party they go.
It may be recalled that while lauding Harish Rawat as a laborious leader Vijay Bahuguna, has said that the Congress leader is dreaming of becoming CM and talking of Congress wave in Uttarakhand but has till now not revealed anything about the constituency, he will contest from in the ensuing elections. May be he will be swept away in the so called Congress wave said Vijay Bahuguna ridiculing Harish Rawat while responding to the questions of journalists.
It may be recalled that Harish Rawat had lost from both the legislative constituencies, he contested from in the 2017 elections while being the caretaker CM of Uttarakhand.
