Ashutosh Negi condemns rumours about Ankita Bhandari case not being pursued. Says these rumours are baseless !
The Uttarakhand Kranti Dal candidate from Pauri Garhwal Parliamentary constituency and journalist Ashutosh Negi who has been in the forefront since day one when an innocent fragile but brave girl of Shrikot Village , near Srinagar,Garhwal went missing and thereafter her dead body was found in Chila Canal last year after she flatly and strongly refused to oblige a VIP, still a mystery, has today posted a message on his social media handle X in Hindi that the pursuance of the case has been stopped after the Lok Sabha elections.
Negi has strongly condemned these rumours and assured the people of Garhwal , Uttarakhand that the case is very much being pursued legally in Kotdwar Court, Nainital high Court and Supreme Court of India appealing to the people not to spread such baseless rumours about this matter and in case they have any doubt or confusion they can contact him on his mobile number.
In a tweet in Hindi on X Ashutosh wrote that the Ankita Bhandari case is being strongly pursued by intelligent advocates in Kotdwar, Nainital High Court and SC of India which is being closely monitored by him.
Some mischievous elements are spreading fake rumours that the case has been closed which is a baseless information.
