When he announced his decision to resign, the people at the rally in thousands raised their hands saying no, no. We won’t allow you to resign.
This is not acceptable to us came the cumulative voices from the crowd.
Arvind Kejrival said that he has taken the decision to resign because he wants to seek the mandate from the Delhi people if he is really honest , transparent , man of impeccable integrity or corrupt as being labelled by the BJP leaders and the government saying that he will only sit on the chief minister’s saddle after the Delhi electorates consider him an honest and transparent politician and make him and his party victorious demanding the Delhi elections to be held in the month of November than in February.
Those present in this meeting were senior AAP leaders and minister like Ahlawat transport minister in Delhi government, former Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Rajya Sabha MP and vociferous leader Sanjay Singh , Punjab chief minister Bhagwat Mann, Delhi ministers Saurabh Bharadwaj, Atishi Marlena, Raghav Chadha MP, Sandeep Pathak , MP, Gopal Rai, Delhi minister etc.

Substantiating his logic for not resigning from the post of chief ministership Arvind Kejrival said he didn’t do so because he want to save Democracy and the central BJP government want to destabilise his government and the party by seeking his resignation after putting him in jail.
Kejrival urged all the chief minister’s of opposition parties that if they are jailed they should not not resign and run the government from jails as he did.
Accusing the BJP led central government for putting him in jail on false and fabricated charges Arvind Kejrival said that in jail he got good opportunity to read books of Bhagat Singh and other freedom fighters but those who had come to meet me in jail have been harassed said Delhi CM.
He announced that after his resignation within two days he would go to Delhi electorates in every street, every colony and every corner of the national capital and ask them to support him if he is really honest, transparent and a politician of integrity and if not, do not vote me.
He said that till he is not reelected with majority and given the people’s landslide mandate recognising me as an honest and transparent politician he will not sit in the CM’s chair.
It may be recalled that Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival was arrested in March 21 by the ED on PMLA charges and was lateron rearrested by the CBI being in jail for six months. He was released two days ago.
