Another ALTO falls in a gorge on Badrinath Rishikesh NH 58 killing two n injuring two. Total 19 deaths in 3 accidents in a day in Ukhand
The valleys and roads of Uttarakhand mountains have infact become the giant killers with nineteen people, men, women and children losing their precious, lives in three back to back accidents and falling of three vehicles in deep gorges due to rash or driving in speed losing control. While fourteen persons heading to a marriage function in a bus died and two grievously injured in Champawat district, three teachers died near Dugadda heading for Rikhnikhal from Kotdwar.
In the evening there is yet another shocking news of an Alto car losing control and felling in yet another gorge killing two on the spot. According to a latest news an Alto car has fallen in a gorge near Gular on Rishikesh Badrinath national highway. The two persons are reportedly dead and another two grievously injured.
The injured have been reportedly admitted at AIIMS Rishikesh by the 108 ambulance.
As per the news reports a speeding Alto car from Srinagar to Rishikesh on Badrinath Rishikesh national Highway number 58 fell in a gorge after the driver not able to control it, gravely injuring two with two other being dead, probably due to brain injuries etc.
The number of the car was UA-07Y- 0229. The dead are two men and injureds one woman and a man.
