The long awaited Ankita Bhandari’s case is being heard in the highest court of the land Supreme Court today on a special leave petition filed by the advocate , journalist and activist Ashutosh Negi being represented by the eminent human rights lawyer popular for fighting Probono cases for the depressed and oppressed Colin Gonsalves. This information was accorded by none other than Ashutosh Negi on X writing : Ankita Bhandari case breaking… Today the Supreme Court is hearing the petition filed by me seeking CBI probe to identify the VIPs in Ankita case. Senior advocate Colin Gonsalves will argue for CBI probe in the case. This is the third hearing of the case in the apex court on the Special Leave Petition filed by Ashutosh Negi with the help of Mr. Negi leading advocate with Nainital High Court years ago when this journalist was also present. The senior supreme court advocate Collin Gonsalves has agreed to fight this case after learning the details from Negis duo. The SLP urges the supreme court to institute the CBI inquiry into the matter as the VIP of the case who is the main player in the whole episode is being protected and kept safe despite the people of Uttarakhand demanding his exposure and subsequent trial. It may be recalled that this is the same VIP who had allegedly come in the Vanantara resort two years ago in Yamkeshwar , Rishikesh and demanded the special services of a young girl which the victim who is a deceased , just 19 years old Ankita Bhandari refused to give. The criminals who are behind the jail have allegedly murdered her brutally in the resort for not agreeing to their forcible proposal to oblige the VIP and then thrown her dead body in the Chila canal in Rishikesh found by the police while investigating the case on the extreme pressure in social media and public protesting physically with Ashutosh Negi playing a significant role since day one. The nineteen year old innocent girl was working in the resort as a receptionist and was being forcibly asked to oblige the VIP which she flatly denied and threatened to expose their immoral and obnoxious deeds.
