Culprits arrested after being hit by a bullet in encounter who killed the Gas agency owner at Tibatti Market , Dehradun yesterday in broad daylight
The Dehradun police in a swift action has solved the murder case that took place yesterday at 11.00 AM at Tibatti Market where an owner of a Gas Agency was killed namely Arjun Sharma.
In less than 24 hours the Dehradun Police have exhibited tremendous energy and dedication and arrested two culprits one in an encounter after he was injured in the leg in Laadi forests area and another in Doiwala area , both of whom are now being treated at the Coronation hospital in Dehradun.
Two others were arrested later on.
According to the SSP Dehradun Ajay Singh , the person, mastermind behind this broad daylight murder has been identified as per the revelation made by the arrested culprits who had hired them to commit this murder for Rs. 12 to 15 lakhs. His name is vinod Uniyal and the dispute between the deceased and Uniyal was for Rs 42 crores.
The father of the deceased Arjun Sharma has expired and had properties worth several crores.
Earlier it was said that there was a dispute of Rs. Forty two crores and these two criminals were hired for this kill.
They belong to Pauri Garhwal and it is believed that their mother is also behind this conspiracy to murder the owner of the Gas agency hatched for money.
The murderer is believed to have already committed a murder of his father in the past probably in 1997 and was jailed and underwent the requisite sentence.

n Ajay Singh both the arrested persons are criminals by nature and several other persons connected with this murder are in the police radar who will soon be arrested for sure.
According to the SSP Ajay Singh the mastermind behind the murder is one Vinod Uniyal who is believed to be close to the mother of the deceased. Vinod Uniyal taking the advantage of the situation had earlier also borrowed Rs. Three crores from the mother of the deceased and bought two flats. He thereafter wasn’t paying that amount back.
Vinod Uniyal the man who hired the two culprits to kill Arjun Sharma, the son of the deceased Colonel for Rs 12 to 15 lakhs had a dispute of Rs. 42 crores with the deceased who was asking for the money from Uniyal. He was afraid that Uniyal will ditch him further and a complaint was already lodged in this regard to the police by him. When the pressure of the deceased Arjun Sharma increased asking to return back his Rs. 42 crores conspiracy was hatched by Uniyal to kill the owner of the Gas agency Anuj Sharma in which his mother was also allegedly involved now behind bars.
