Amir Khan beats Akshay Kumar in advance tickets sale ! Becomes a box office star !

Despite coming into excessive controversy the film Lal Singh Chaddha produced by Amir Khan Productions and Via Com 18 is making wonders in advance booking scenario with till yesterday selling thirty thousand tickets collecting over 75 lakh rupees as compared to super star Akhay Kumar’s family drama Raksha Bandhan which could sell only 18000 tickets nationally collecting thirty five lakhs in advance booking, keeping Amir Khan on the top pedestal being named as the top star of Indian theatres.

Amir Khan has produced Lal Singh Chaddha after a gap of four years with his millions of fans extremely eager to watch it.

It seems as if the controversy created by his ardent opponents has proved to be an asset for Amir who had himself requested those opposing his movie not to boycott it and watch it by all means saying that they have developed a wrong opinion about him, which is not at all true.

However, in social media there are unaccounted number of reactions appealing people to boycott it while there are his die hard fans and supporters too who wrote that they will definitely go to see it n then comment requesting others also to watch it.

Shekhar Suman, well known actor, anchor and judge in reality shows after watching a special show has highly appreciated a movie catagorically saying that since it is a remake of an American movie Forest Gump, it can’t be accorded Oscar, but had he been there he would have definitely selected it for Oscar.

Shekhar Suman was extremely impressed by the movie Lal Singh Chaddha terming it as one of the best movies he has ever seen in his entire life thanking Amir Khan for making it so magnificently. He said the film takes you along all the time and when you come out after seeing it, you think you were the part n parcel of the movie. He was for all praise of Amir Khand, his co star Kareena Kapoor and the entire team including its director.

Coming back to the movie generating tremendous sale of tickets the news pouring in say that the movie will collect Rs 5 crores on the first day though the producers have the target of collecting Rs 15 crores.

Kindly recall that Lal Singh Chaddha has been produced by Amir Khan, his ex wife Kiran Rao, Ajit Adhare, and Jyoti Desh Pande, the production houses being Amir Khan Production, Via com 18 Studios and Paramount pictures.

Directed by Advait Chandan who’d earlier directed Secret Superstar is a family comedy hindi drama movie with Amir Khan playing the titular role of Lal Singh Chaddha with Kareena Kapoor, Mona Singh, Naga Chaitanya, ( debut actor) and Negar Khan in main roles.

A remake of an American popular box office hit “FORREST GUMP” authored by Winston Groom in 1986, is primarily based on an autistic man who views the country and historical events from his own perspective and is highly emotional.

An actor par excellence Amir Khan has played his role extremely well impressing all the Southern superstar n actor Shekhar Suman who had watched the special show.

The movie Lal Singh Chaddha’s, story revolves around an emotional differently abled man and his heartwarming relationship with his mother who is a great source of inspiration to him always inspiring saying that he is different and important from other people.

The original songs of the movie are composed by a renowned music director of Bollywood Pritam Singh who had earlier been his music director in earlier super duper hits like Dangal, n Dhoom 3.

There is perfect good opinion about Amir Khan that he while producing movies believes is quality not quantity.

He gives his hundred percent to his movies that are produced after many years but his majority of the movies hit box offices to name a few viz : Three idiots, Dangal, Gajni, Andaz Apna Apna, Taare Zameen Par, Rang De Basanti, Sarfarosh, Baazi, Rangeela, Kayamat se Kayamat Tak, Lagaan Raja Hindustani etc.
