Ajay Kothiyal to be Uttarakhand CM if AAP comes to power in Uttarakhand declared Kejrival

While the two faction ridden national parties Congress and BJP who’ve ruled Uttarakhand during the last 21 years have not declared their prospective chief ministerial candidates for the ensuing assembly elections slated for 2022, the emerging third alternative, political outfit Aam Aadmi Party has today declared it prospective CM on whose face value it will ask for votes from the electorates.

The national convenor of Aam Aadmi Party and popular Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has specifically arrived at the state’s capital Dehradun to make this special announcement.

He declared a voluntarily retired Indian Army officer Colonel Ajay Kothiyal as it prospective CM at a press conference in Dehradun on Tuesday.

Making this anouncement, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal categorically said that this decision on the name of Colonel Ajay Kothiyal was taken after seeking the collective consent of the people of Uttarakhand.

Last time our deputy CM Manish Sisodia had visited Dehradun and he had declared about seeking the opinion of the common people before arriving at this decision.

We have sought suggestions from the inhabitants of the state regarding their choice of the CM. The majority of the electorates have favoured a chief minister who is honest, transparent and a patriotic Armyman.

The people were badly exasperated with the two national political parties accusing them of looting the state during their succesive rules of last two decades.

Majority of the people were against both these parties unambiguously saying that the state can’t move ahead on the path of development and as such they are for Colonel Ajay Kothiyal, n no one else. Only Ajay Kothiyal said national convenor of AAP Kejrival.

Therefore, on the cumulative and collective will of majority of Uttarakhand electorates we have decided to declare the name of Colonel Ajay Kothiyal as our prospective CM said Arvind Kejriwal.

He also announced that we will make Uttarakhand as the unique and significant spiritual capital for the Hindus of entire world.

Lauding the constructive efforts and contribution of colonel Kothiyal, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said that when both the national parties and their leaders were exploiting the state for narrow vested interests, Colonel Ajay Kothiyal was serving the borders of the country protecting us.

He also said that when Kedarnath was damaged due to ecological disaster of 2013, Colonel Kothiyal had alongwith his dedicated team of volunteers resurrected entire Kedarnath vicinity.

He was the one who had taken the challenging cudgels of the reconstruction of damaged Kedarnath precincts in his hands and reconstructed the damaged building and precincts at Kedarnath said Arvind Kejriwal.

After the press conference, Arvind Kejriwal also participated at a rally at Ghanta Ghar Dehradun. He reached Jolly Grant airport at Rishikesh today at eleven morning where the party supporters and leaders welcomed him raising slogans hailing him.

He is on a tour as per his earlier anouncement that he will visit Uttarakhand every month to make good announcements with his first announcement being free electricity to Uttarakhand’s consumers up to three hundred unit consumption every month including free electricity to farmers if Aam Aadmi comes to power.

In his address the prospective CM of Uttarakhand from AAP Colonel Kothiyal said that he had voluntarily resigned from Armed Forces to serve the society. Had he not resigned for social work he could have become Brigadier or Major general till retirement but he prefered serving the society influenced by Arvind Kejriwal.

Quoting the statement of Rajiv Nayan Bahuguna, son of eminent environmentalist n Padmashree Sunderlal Bahuguna who said to Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi that he is not a politician but a crusader against corruption and reformer who has come on deputation to clean corrupt n bad politics, I have also joined active politics to reform the corruption ridden politics of Uttarakhand and shall be back to the pavilion once my aim is fulfilled. He asked for merely six months time after coming to power assuring electorates of putting the Uttarakhand on rails during this stipulated time frame.
