After meeting PM for 45 minutes several contemporary issues were discussed but not the ongoing UKSSSC Scam as it wasn’t worth discussing with PM says Trivendra Singh Rawat

The former Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat who had spoken to prime minister Narendra Modi for about 45 minutes on various contemporary issues related to Uttarakhand said that the ongoing imbroglio of UKSSSC n Vidhan Sabha recruitment scam was not worth mentioning to PM during these deliberations as it was the matter of the state being dealt with severely not of the prime minister’s level. The former CM was speaking to ETV in an interview the other day explaining about his significant 45 minutes meeting with prime minister Narendra Modi in Delhi few days ago. Lauding prime minister Modi for taking due interest on issues brought to his notice former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat said he raised the matters of environment and incessant fires taking place in the state leading to very serious implications to out eco system. The prime minister while taking due interest said that these are my favourite subjects and asked his secretary to sit with me and resolve this burning issue forthwith said former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat. Expressing his gratefulness towards prime minister for speaking to him for 45 minutes, Trivendra Rawat said that the PM was very considerate, courteous n cordial and gave due attention to all his suggestions on various contemporary issues of the state raised by him. Responding to questions about the increasing resentment among the students n youths of the state against the present recruitment, cheating n leaked paper scams former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat said that he had been very specific on corruption during his tenure having unambiguously said that his government has zero tolerance policy towards corruption. He continued talking about the zero tolerance policy against corruption in all his meetings, in the government n public. If the ongoing crisis pertaining to the recruitment scam is not dealt with stringently and the youths not pacified they can prove to be very consequential warned Trivendra Singh Rawat. Hence the government of day should leave no stone unturned to ensure that the guilty are severely punished and no such scam reoccurs in future said Rawat. He clarified that though scams can happen in anyone’s tenure but I have catagorically admitted in public that the prime suspect of this scam Hakam Singh was in BJP but since our party is having zero tolerance against corruption we have immediately expelled him, put him behind bars and arrested him on the severe charges of gangster act n under various other IPC acts. He added that Uttarakhand was procured after tremendous sacrifices. It wasn’t presented to us on a golden platter so we will have to ensure that such scams and corruption ridden acts are not repeated in future. However, it may be recalled that that the former CM Rawat too was under the grip of such controversies during his earlier tenures as the then agriculture minister and later on as CM, Uttarakhand.
