The dreaded Covid 19 fatalities have shaken one and all from inside. You open the social media and the news about the sad and shocking fatalities follow one after another terrifying everyone with pictures of the dead.
The pandemic has taken thousands of lives and the trend continues despite several claims of the pandemic trajectory going down these days.
This author has lost several friends, acquaintances and well wishers including near and dear ones as I believe all have lost their close friends too.
The recent tragedy is of Ram Kishan Joshi, the proprietor and MD of Great Mission Public Schools in Vinod Nagar and Burari who succumbed to deadly Covid in LNJP hospital today after being admitted there few days ago.
What is most tragic about his pandemic death is that he had lost his dedicated social activist brother Data Ram Joshi who retired from LG office Delhi and devoted his entire life in social actives and initiatives of Uttarakhand in Delhi.
The bereaved Joshi family lost two brothers Data Ram Joshi and Ram Kishan Joshi back to back during the pandemic lockdown in the last few months.
The MD of Great Mission School till 12 th standard late Ram Kishan Joshi was apart from an educationist imparting good education to the children of Uttarakhand n other communities helping the poor n economically deprived students outrightly and was also fully embedded in the social n cultural activities too, playing the role of Raja Janak in Vinod Nagar Ram Lila for the last several years.
His mounting spirit and self confidence can be gauged from the fact that even during pandemic times last year after the sad demise of his brother he played the role of Janak interestingly exhibiting his dedication towards Pahadi Ramlilas.
