The newly appointed chief of the Uttarakhand campaign committee Dr. Harak Singh Rawat has become a centre of attraction for Uttarakhand channels and you tubers. Vociferous Dr. Rawat after formally taking the charge of his new assignment is visiting political functions of his party and being welcomed everywhere by enthusiastic Congress activists. The You tubers and Uttarakhand social media channels are finding Dr. Harak Singh Rawat an interesting political personality who is well versed in discussing various issues and taking the saffron party to task , in which he was a cabinet minister from 2017 to 2022 but later on joined his parent party. Despite framing of ED, IT and CBI charges against him, Dr. Rawat seems to be unmoved accusing the BJP and the Haridwar MP Trivendra Singh Rawat for secretively and clandestinely arranging these enquiries. He levelled these charges in social media. Today, Dr. Rawat made the former union railway and finance minister ( State), presently a cabinet minister of Uttarakhand his Target saying that the entire Pauri Garhwal district is shameful of his present status. He said ridiculing the religious leader and cabinet minister of Uttarakhand Satpal Maharaj saying that there was a time when in Delhi he used to address lakhs of his devotees and for everyone he was a highly revered icon but today no one cares for him. He us remembered only by handful of people of Chowbattakhal constituency when they are attacked by a leopard/ tiger and Satpal Maharaj posts his reel on social media conversing with the DFO as common people do when they post similar reels from their villages after reaching there from towns. He asked ridiculing him, as to what was the need for him to reduce hyd image as a minister of a state for Ghoda Ghaadi and a security guard. He further said that entire Pauri Garhwal people are feeling ashamed of him for degrading his image. Speaking to a reporter Dr. Harak Singh said that the BJP Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj has become a sorry figure politically and helpless.

He sarcastically said that Maharaj is currently immersed in the “hobby of making reels”, while the public is no longer ready to even take his name.

Harak Singh didn’t stop there—he said that the era when millions of people gathered to hear and see Satpal Maharaj at the Red Fort is over. After joining the BJP, he was no longer a Maharaja or a leader—he said his popularity is steadily declining.
