Truck falls in a gorge created by the substandard road built by satellite technology , ridiculous

Last night, a moving truck suddenly fell into a huge ditch on Gurugram’s Southern Peripheral Road, built using satellite technology.

This deep gap or gorge was formed when a portion of the road suddenly caved in overnight due to heavy traffic on the road.

Regarding the accident, the truck driver said, “The truck is loaded with beer bottles. I was going to the warehouse. The road was completely dry last night. There was no waterlogging here.

One of our trucks and a dumper truck also passed through here but then the road caved in and my truck fell into it.”

Thankfully, no one was injured.

Now someone should ask the same question to Vishwaguru who raised questions on the collapse of the bridge in Kolkata : Are these accidents of road collapse and bridge collapse every now and then the result of an act of God or an act of fraud?

What is shocking in this accident is the hard fact that enlightened citizens are making mockery of such development claiming that the road was built via Satellite technology with one of the X user writes on her social media handle : Road caves in on SPR — Welcome to the Millennium City!
World-class infrastructure, they claim. Property prices through the roof. Developers comparing #Gurugram with Singapore, Dubai, and New York. But here we are — roads collapsing, civic failure on display, and residents risking life and limb just to commute.
Is this the city worth investing in? Worth living in?
Dear developers and builders , before selling dreams, maybe fix the ground beneath our feet — literally. Until then, stop calling this chaos “world class.”
