The national convenor of Aam Admi Party and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejrival has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate on November 2 nd in connection with the Delhi government’s New Excise policy scam in which the former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia is already in jail and his bail petition was rejected by the two judge bench of Supreme Court few days ago.
The vociferous PWD minister of Delhi Atishi Marlena had yesterday expressed apprehensions regarding the possible arrest of Delhi CM when he comes to the ED office for interrogation.
She had catagorically accused the BJP leaders and top leadership of the saffron party to finish the Aam Admi Party from the political map of India and is therefore putting every leader of AAP behind bars one by one, including two former ministers Satyendra Jain and Manish Sisodia including the possible arrest of Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival who has been summoned by ED on 2 nd November. Not only this but yesterday the Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha had complained about the warning received by him by “Apple” On his Android regarding alleged snooping of his phone by State machinery etc creating quite a furore in political and media circles.
Meanwhile, the health minister of NCT of Delhi Saurabh Bharadwaj has criticized the BJP government regarding alleged possibility of Delhi CM being arrested when he comes to ED office on November 2 nd.
The Health minister of Delhi Saurabh Bharadwaj while speaking to ANI said that the actual time had come for the AAP to sacrifice everything for the country. No one including the party leaders are afraid of any arrest or victimization including going to jail.
He said that it is absolutely clear that the central government wants to finish the AAM Admi Party by putting its leaders and workers behind bars. On the recent allegations of AAP party while the Rajya Sabha MP has alleged snooping of his phone by the state sponsored attackers etc the vociferous Delhi health minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said that this is a very serious issue for the country.
He added : Apple is known for its security protocols. If a trusted and credible organisation like APPLE is sending message that ” You are attacked by a state sponsored attackers”, this means if the central government is spying on opposition leaders then there can be nothing worrisome said PTI quoting the health minister Saurabh Bharadwaj.
Mentioning about R S MP Raghav Chadha and OSD of Delhi CM having received such warning messages from “Apple” as well, Saurabh Bharadwaj emphasized that some opposition leaders too are complaining about their receiving such notifications on their I – phones suggesting that the state sponsored attackers could be targeting their device.
Terming this invasion on the privacy of individuals the Delhi health minister Bharadwaj warned that multiple opposition leaders gave complained about hacking of their APPLE DEVICES. Asking the central government to give clarification of this, Bharadwaj termed this a very serious matter further adding that the current central government was earlier also allegedly accused of buying a Pegasus software and not only the Rajya Sabha MP got such warning in his phone by APPLE but also the OSD to Delhi CM said Bharadwaj while speaking to ANI.
