AAM ADMI PARTY IN REAL MESS. NOW Kejriwal’s PRIVATE SECRETARY TERMINATED FROM JOB

The AAM Admi Party is in real mess. First its health minister Satyendra Jain had been arrested in a money laundering case still behind bars in Tihar prison for the last nearly two years having been in parole for several months and now back to Tihar. Then the former deputy CM Manish Sisodia was arrested on serious charges of alleged liquor scam and new liquor policy of Delhi government, now in jail since the last one year with case still under process followed by the arrest of the vociferous Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh in the same case, now out of jail after being granted bail by Supreme Court of India with lately on March 21, Delhi chief minister and national convenor of AAP Arvind Kejrival arrested in the same liquor scam with court saying that there are sufficient evidences against him pertaining to alleged paying of illegal gratification of Rs 100 crores to them through Hawala by a South Lobby, labelled as the Kingpin. The Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival finally approached the Supreme Court challenging his arrest as illegal after the Delhi High Court rejected his plea in this regard. The supreme Court has now kept it pending to be heard on Monday reveal news reports. Yesterday the AAP government in Delhi suffered yet another setback when its Social Welfare and SCST minister Rajkumar Anand whose house was raided by ED in last November also resigned from the primary membership of the Party and the government on the pretext that since the AAP is now itself involved in rampant corruption moving away from its primary task to fight corruption, he is quitting politics as well, apart from resigning from the party and as minister.

As if these setbacks after setbacks was not enough, the hard lucked Aam Admi Party and its government faced another jolt on Wednesday when the private secretary of the chief minister Arvind Kejrival was terminated from service by Lt governor of Delhi Vinay Saxena.

According to the latest news Bibhav Kumar was terminated from his present important position after the Directorate of Vigilance terminated his services as Private Secretary to the Delhi chief minister.

The private secretary to the chief minister Delhi was also questioned by the ED on Monday in the ongoing Delhi Excise policy case.

According to the various news reports the Special Secretary of Vigilance YVVJ Rajshekhar stated in his order that the services of PS to Delhi CM Bibhav Kumar are terminated as he was appointed in violation of the Civil Services Rules related to temporary appointments.

The termination order/ letter reads that : The prescribed procedure and rules for the said engagement were not scrupulously followed so such engagement is illegal and void – ab- initio read the order mentioning that the services are being terminated with immediate effect.

It is also revealed from sources that Bibhav Kumar faced a police case in 2007 in Noida for allegedly assaulting a public servant with the vigilance department pointing out that the department was kept in dark about this information. This is not only irregular but also creates administrative difficulties .Due to the sensitivity of the works handled by ministers , it is not appropriate to allow appointments in personal staff of ministers without prior verification of character and antecedents said the government order.

The order also mentioned that the charges are of grave nature against Bibhav Kumar who is not clear of charge by the vigilance department.

The AAP strongly slammed the action of the LG with AAP leader Jasmine Shah coming down heavily writing on her social media handle X : First the Delhi CM is arrested in the fake Delhi liquor case. Now, the LG has started sacking his entire staff including his Pvt Secretary. There is no doubt left that BJP’s sole aim is to finish AAP Democracy is being dismantled in the national capital
