A sudden Kahani mein twist says senior Journalist Rajdeep Sardesai. Asks why the mystry and U turn on cash ?

The story of the alleged seizure of unaccounted cash from the official Delhi Bungalow of the Delhi High Court judge on the day of Holi , his subsequent punishment transfer forthwith and thereafter the Delhi fire services chief denying having found a single penny during the fire extinguishing operation including the Supreme Court issuing a fresh statement about its collegium not transferring him etc have undoubtedly raised several questions which are confusing the people of the country as well as journalists who are compelled to expose the alleged scandal and then covering it that not a single penny was found at the Judge’s residence.

After all what’s the exact story behind this needs to be answered but the moot point is who will transparently clarify it.

No idea.

People are asking if the fire occured at the house of the Delhi High Court judge on 14 th March, the day of Holi when the entire family was out of station and the operation of fire dousing happened the same day including the police investigation of the premises etc then why is it that the story about the seizure of large amount of unaccounted cash found ( if any) revealed after a week’s time ? What happened during these seven days ? Why was the story kept in abeyance during these days of social media when a news from distant Kedarnath, Uttarakhand comes down in Delhi in seconds about any disaster , floods or mishappening. Were things being allegedly cooked write anxious people in social media? And if not so then in these days of expeditiously speedy lives and news transformation within seconds or blink of any eye how come that it took a week to leak the story ? The other day denial by the Delhi Fire Service and then again DFS Director saying that they haven’t issued any statement on this about not a single penny having been found during the fire extinguishing operation. Sounds indigestible indeed.

Meanwhile senior journalists like Rajdeep Sardesai of TV Today having experience in journalism for more than for decades is a worried gentleman trying to poke the authorities and seek their answers of this entire suspicious development.

Anxious Rajdeep wrote on X today : Kahani mein twist! So yesterday morning , the judiciary and the country’s public is thrown into a tizzy by reports that large amounts of cash has been found at a Delhi HC judge’s home after a fire broke out. By evening, Delhi fire chief is reported as saying that he has NO info on any cash found! A few hours later, he denies making any such statement.
Questions:

• Why the mystery and U turns over the cash?
  *What explains the proposal for the transfer of the judge if nothing is amiss?
  *Did the cash suddenly disappear or did it never exist?
  *Is the judge being protected or conspired against?
  *will the Judge speak up or quietly be transferred out ?
  *Why is the govt and the CJI office silent or are they waiting for the collegium in house inquiry?
  *Is this case a one off or is something very rotten in our higher judiciary?

Years ago, we were told NO ONE killed Jessica! Now, did NO ONE see the cash? Picture Abhi baaki hai!

Responding to his interesting post on X some of the respondents like one S. Sriniwas soft ware engineer wrote in detail : So many fundamental Differences are there 1. Congress brings shared values (internal/ external) whereas the current BJP wants everything for itself and follows use & throw. Original BJP was different. Example a. You heard Congress mukth Bharat but did you hear BJP mukth Bharat? b. Most of the key allies left BJP until 2024; now took them out of necessity 2. Congress has internal freedom so you often see a lot of criticism. BJP is fully controlled by 2. 3. Congress folks praise the Gandhi family whereas Modi BJP team does bhajana, made him God. Did you ever see PM taking all the credit for the growth? 4. Infrastructure improved in BJP but all those on loans. In 10 years, they borrowed loans more than the borrowed money since independence. Example – Toll from Day 1 5. Congress, Original (Vajpayee) BJP used to respect mutually. Now you see BJP is abusing from Nehru onwards, personal attacks 6. Congress regime had corruption and you see the BJP doing white collar corruption openly (bonds) and taking all those corrupt into their party openly 7. Since independence, have you ever seen 150 MPs thrown out of Parliament to pass bills? 8. Did you ever see a PM talking in support of one religion and blaming other religions? Did you ever see a party using Religion, God for political use openly? 9. Did you ever see a party blaming people based on what they eat, what they wear, whom do they pray? 10. Did you ever see businessmen given preference over Army chiefs? 11. Did you ever see Cabinet ministers blaming the judiciary openly? 12. We never saw so much manipulations – min wage changed to show lower poor %, road lane calculations changed to multiply laid road km I can go on… In summary, difference of opinions should be appreciated in democracy but we see those oppose are branded as anti Hindus, anti nationals. We never saw so much personal branding of any PM.

Another respondent on X namely Ashok Shekhawat , an analyst , journalist wrote : These are important questions that arise after the deniel by the fire department about the cash. There is a conspiracy in this matter, and the matter is being closed. It is shameful for the system.

Another X acount holder Ranjan Goswami termed this entire episode as Bollywood thriller writing : Plot twist level: Bollywood thriller! Waiting for the sequel where the cash either magically reappears or gets its own biopic.

‘Picture Abhi Baaki Hai’ indeed!

Yogesh Pramod Baviskar a daring writer wrote on X responding to the tweet of Rajdeep Sardesai tagging all top political personalities including president, PMO, Maharashtra CM Fadnavis etc : A district level judge in Satara demanding seven lakhs from me to transfer the matter to another jurisdiction. Another judge is demanding same amount to expedite a 498 matter pending in the court from last ten years. The charge sounds extremely serious but Baviskar posted it bravely on his handle X.
