A security guard posing as the member of Lawrence Bishnoi gang issuing threatening letter to popular You tuber of Haldwani Saurabh Joshi demanding Rs.2 crores arrested
The name of infamous gangster Lawrence Bishnoi who has already given threats to renowned Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, is being misused by some unwanted elements and petty thieves taking advantage of his terror image to extort huge sum of money from their targets as extortion money.
A case of misusing the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi by a security guard demanding Rs. Two crores from a famous YouTuber of Haldwani, Uttarakhand as extortion money giving him threatening letter to kill his entire family if the needful is not done has come to light when the victim YouTuber came to the Haldwani police station and lodged a written complaint fearing severe consequences.
Since the matter related to the name of Lawrence Bishnoi Gangster and the extortion money being Rs. 2 Crores with serious threat to wipe out the family of a famous YouTuber in case he didn’t responded positively to the criminal’s calls , the police came into action.
According to the latest news the intelligent and dedicated Uttarakhand police of Haldwani deserve to be complemented for bringing the culprit to justice within few hours who happened to be just a security guard.
Disclosing the details of the case and the success story of the efficient police the Nainital district Senior Superintendent of Police said that on 17 th November we’ve received a written complaint from the resident of Olivia Colony, Rampur Road, Haldwani from popular YouTuber Saurabh Joshi that a person using the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi claiming to be the member of this high profile gang has written a letter demanding Rs. Two crores failing which he will kill his entire family etc.
On the basis of the complaint, the police registered section 308(4), 351(3), 351(4) BNS vs Karan Vishnoi and handed over the investigation of the case to SI Bhuvan Singh Rana.
The case being so high profile involving an in international level gangster’s name and the victim being a popular you tuber, the SSP Mr. Meena instructed all the police officers and lower staff to come in hectic proactive mode and arrest the culprit at any cost before he commits any serious crime.
19 year old accused Arun Kumar son of Puran Singh resident of Thanpur, Post Dawri, Police Station Fezganj, Tehsil Bisauli, District Badaun, U.P. was arrested by the police team. After making an efficient plan to arrest him, he was arrested from near Olivia Colony on 18.11.2024 within just 12 hours.

According to the SSP Nainital district the accuse is merely 19 years old and is serving as security guard in Hotel Raddison. After he was terminated from job by the the Hotel management on some complaints he thought of hatching a conspiracy to commit this act to earn large Sum of money.
