A minor girl gangraped in Nainital district. One culprit arrested and other accused absconding
A very obnoxious act of gang rape of an adolescent girl has been reported in Nainital district sending a wave of shock and sensitisation all around.
The human beasts have first clandestinely given the intoxicated substance to the girl in the snacks etc and then posted the video of her alleged gang rape on the social media which went viral.
This shameful and obnoxious act by these human beasts have created quite a panic, sensitisation and fear in the family and relatives of the girl including the people in general.
After foreseeing the serious consequences and the anger of the people the police came into action and arrested one of the culprits with the search for others going on in full swing.
According to the latest information the culprits have mixed the intoxicated substance in the snacks etc and fed the adolescent girl through manipulation and when she lost control of her senses she was gang raped.
While being gangraped she was also filmed and her video posted in social media which went terribly viral.
On getting the information about the incident, sensation spread in Jhaj, there is deep anger among the local people and people are demanding immediate arrest of the accused.
Ramnagar Kotwali in-charge Sushil Kumar said that on the basis of the complaint of the victim’s mother, a case has been registered against the accused under the POLICE Act and Section 64 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The police have arrested one of the accused and the rest will be in the police net for sure said the SHO. The victimsed girl has been sent for medical examination and the report is expected.
