A car with seven occupants plunged in a river during massive rains in Haldwani leading to the death of four including an infant

A dreaded accident occured at Nainital district’s Haldwani area in Uttarakhand where a car probably in speed skidded off the Rampur road and abruptly fell down in a Canal brutally killing four including an infant out of the total seven occupants sending shock waves all around. The fatal accident occured on Wednesday morning during the massive rainfall taking into its unfortunate fold seven occupants in the car, killing four with an infant tragically. The local people including the SDRF and others have after immense efforts retrieved the dead body from the car which had plunged into the river including three injured who were immediately ferried to the nearby hospital for immediate medical treatment. The Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami while expressing his immense anguish and DEEPEST condolences wrote on X : Received the tragic news of a car accident in Haldwani, resulting in the demise of four people and injuries to three others. May God grant the departed souls a place at His divine feet and provide strength to the grief-stricken families to bear this immense sorrow. I pray to God for the speedy recovery of all the injured said the CM. The union state minister for real sd and transport Ajay Tamta also expressed his deepest condolences writing on X : The news of the tragic road accident in Haldwani, where 4 people lost their lives and 3 others were injured, is deeply heartbreaking. May God grant peace to the departed souls and strength to the grieving families to bear this unbearable pain.
