A badly inebriated criminal repeatedly stabbed a handicapped person Ajendra Bhandari outside a liquor vend who died


In Uttarakhand widespread net of the liquor vends and excessive sale of liquor have spoiled thousands of families with hooliganism and illegal smuggling of liquor in the interior villages and roadsides going on tremendously.

There have been several incidents of criminalism outside or near the liquor vends with hooligans having their fullest say.

Several people have died due to the prevalence and consumption of liquor in the state at widespread levels with their lives being damaged.

The government of Uttarakhand earns a staggering revenue of about more than four thousand crores of rupees every year.

There have been protests by the common people at several places against opening of the liquor vends in the residential localities spoiling of several families in a constituency of a cabinet rank Uttarakhand minister of Uttarakhand , accusing him of supporting the liquor mafias.

At Muni ki Reti – Rishikesh the infuriated people ,men, women and young boys are protesting with a dead body of a handicapped person Ajendra Bhandari who was repeatedly stabbed by a badly inebriated criminal Ajay Thakur not burnt till date, demanding his arrest and lodging of cases under the severe section of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, putting him behind jail.

The dashing leader of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal Ashutosh Negi and his entire team had reached the bereaved family and assured that the UKD will provide socio economic relief to them and also ensure that the criminal is arrested and jailed. There were hundreds of infuriated and angered people demanding the immediate arrest of the murderer and and bringing him to justice at the earliest with his coffin in the street.

There have been several other such tragic instances outside the Liquor vends and lakhs of families of Uttarakhand are being spoiled by the extensive prevalent of liquor in the interiors of Uttrakhand which is of absolute substandard quality.

The protestors were also demanding extensive and appropriate monetary compensation to the bereaved family who have lost their handicapped son.

The liquor vend at Muni ki Reti where the brutal murder took place not a single employee of the vend came to the rescue of the deceased victim intentionally.

Had the staff of the liquor vend helped the victim the murder could have been avoided or averted said the onlookers.
