Communal tension in Rudrapur, due to the controversy erupting out of prohibited flesh thrown in a vacant plot by some mischievous persons
As the election dates of the five poll bound states have been declared by the Election Commission, despite the winters getting chilly cold, the political parties and their leaders are leaving no stone unturned to downgrade each other n even prepared to go to any extent, despite the code of conduct imposed too.
In Uttarakhand where the polling is on 14 th February a serious incident has taken place to give it a communal colour in order to exploit the situation politically and vitiate the atmosphere of prevailing communal harmony.
According to the latest news pouring in, in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand on Monday, some mischevious elements have thrown some slaughtered pieces of cow flesh ( meat) in front of a vacant plot of Gagan Jyoti Barat Ghar angering the activists of organisations of majority community.
Actually, after watching some barking dogs people started collecting allegedly finding some pieces of cow meat lying in front of the barat Ghar in an open plot.
The police tried to take the flesh to the police station but certain activists of Hindu organisations as well as the local populace objected and raised anti police slogans asking for punishing the guilty within 24 hours after tracing them, first.
Hundreds of infuriated women, men and youngsters had collected with the SSP and the police post incharge trying to pacify the angered activists.
According to one Ajit Singh Rathi’s, hindi tweet with a picture of the angered Rudrapur MLA Rajkumar Thukral ( it read) : The lawmaker of Rudrupur Rajkumar Thukral lost his temper and in utter anger literally pounced up some people to hit them. The SSP of Udham Singh Nagar Dilip Singh Kunwar tried to pacify him. Its our govt, our election and also our opportunity !!! tweeted Rathi.
Kindly recall that some days ago the same MLA Rajkumar Thukral was allegedly accused by some of his supporters men and woman of supplying them the packets of stale food in the rally of prime minister Narendra Modi, throwing all the food packets in a dustbin blaming him to supply food packets not even worth consumable by animals.
However, in the above video if anyone will watch it, he/ she will notice the MLA using unparliamentary language while pouncing upon the crowd stopped by the SSP further instructing his juniors to see that no untoward incident occurs.
The situation in Rudrapur became so tense that police had to show tightness and use little bit of force to disperse those collected claiming themselves to be the leaders n activists of the hindu organisations.
Some women activists were heard saying Gau Hamari mata hai. Hum atyachar bardaasht nahi karenge. Some protesters were heard saying that the code of conduct has been imposed and unfortunately attempts are being made to vitiate the peaceful environment demanding arrest of these mischevious and notorious elements at the earliest.
