Sakht Bhu Kanoon Andolan to commence 15 day mobilisation Yatra in entire Uttarakhand from 15 November
The campaign for Uttarakhand concrete land act ( sakht Bhu Kanoon) is gaining tremendous momentum in Uttarakhand with various socio political organisations demanding, bringing this Land act in Uttarakhand on the lines of Himachal Pradesh in order to ensure that the hilly state’s demography is not adversely affected and sale of land restricted to Uttarakhandies, with outsiders having limited option to buy land say up to 250 square yards etc.
As a sequel to this ongoing movement in various parts of Uttarakhand, which had been accepted by over fifty percent of the state’s populace as per the ABP C Voter survey, the leader of the SAKHT BHU KANOON ANDOLAN has revealed that a committee has been constituted for successful conduction of a 700 kilometre Bhu Kanoon awakening/ mobilising the people of Uttarakhand that will commence on 10 th November, 2021 from Kulhal Pontasahib border covering both the Garhwal and Kumaon regions of Uttarakhand.
As per the final decision of the Sakht Bhu Kanoon Andolan Committee, the Yatra to be started on 10 th November, 2021 from Kulhal Ponta Sahib Border will pass through thirteen districts of Uttarakhand viz : Dehradun, Uttarkashi, Tehri Garhwal, Pauri Garhwal, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Ranikhet, Nainital, Almora, Pithoragarh, Udham Singh Nagar, finally converging at Haridwar.
According to Prabhat Kumar Karal, the leader of Sakht Bhu Kanoon, this 15 day Yatra will mobilise people in all the districts of Uttarakhand, especially the Youths of the state who are in the forefront these days taking forward this one point programme highlighting it in social media as well as in print n electronics media by way of protest demonstrations, dharnas and other form of protests.
The Sakht Bhu Kanoon Committee to participate in this 15 day Yatra is comprising of Prabhat Kumar Karal, Sainik Shiromani Manoj Dhyani, Deepika Nayal, Konika Chaanna, Rekha Deshwali, Puja Chamoli, Pramila Rawat, Priti Negi, Chetna Khatri, Rajiv Bisht, Vasudev Jakmula, Gulista, Dayaram, etc.
