Women grabbed by a maneater leopard in Pokhra block, Pauri Garhwal and injured grievously
The present political dispensation of Uttarakhand led by the saffron party CM Pushkar Singh Dhami is a big failure as he and his forest and wild life department have proved to be completely defunct with tragic incidents of human kills taking place at the behest of the maneater leopards and tigers as well as wild bear and the government, its forest and wild life department proving to be completely defunct and of bo use. Not a day is left when women , children and old aged persons in Uttarakhand don’t become the victim of these predators roaming around freely near human habitats and making children, women and senior citizens including youths their easy prey.
Just today in a village of Ghandiyal, development block #Pokharda #Chaubattakhal, a leopard was dragging a woman away when people noticed it. After creating a ruckus, the leopard ran away.
It has its teeth lodged in the neck, and the situation has become very dangerous. There was panic in the family of the victims, her village and the surrounding localities and the forest and wild life department have proved to be a futile department doing literally nothing to protect the local residents literally doing nothing rather becoming a mere SPECTATOR to the increasing incidents of the maneater human kills.
