Despite the strict instructions by D.M. Pauri to the concerned PWD engineers, none has bothered to take the cognizance of the grave situation of roads and pathways at our village Badolgaon & adjoining villages.

The condition of the village roads and pathways in several villages of Chaoundkot block, Choubattakhal constituency are in extremely pitiable and pathetic state especially the worst condition of roads n pathways of Badolgaon.
A resident of this village Mr. Subhash Chandra Badola a senior officer in Central government now retired is in his native village these days and was shocked to see the sorry state of affairs of the roads of his village.
Mr. Badola met the district magistrate Pauri, Garhwal and was given a patient hearing.
He went all the way from his village to Pauri, to meet the DM IAS Swati Bhadoria and discussed the issue threadbare.
In view of the deteriorating condition of the roads and pathways of the village Badolgaon is totally cutoff from foot paths and motorable road said Mr. Badola.
One can just imagine as to what will be the plight of a village in case of emergency.
The block development officer had visited the village and is himself aware of the pathetic situation of the village roads.
According to Mr. Badola

I think the district administration is waiting for a disaster.
The village is disconnected from all roads may it be footpaths or motor road. Just imagine the plight of a villager in case of emergency.
He has shared the video of the pathetic condition of his village road and pathways of the perusal of the administration.
The BDO Mr. Shah and the JE concerned are the responsible officers who should immediately take the cudgels of the improvement of these pathways etc in their hands and do the needful immediately.
The village comes under the assembly constituency Chowbattakhal led by the cabinet minister of PWD and tourism Satpal Maharaj.
