In a tragic accident on the Silogi-Byasghat motor road under Jakhanikhal tehsil, a Max car lost control and fell into a deep ditch. This accident is said to have happened on Monday evening near Surkattal below Pulnabad Inter College.
According to the information received, the vehicle first hit a big stone on the upper side of the road and then went out of control and fell into a deep ditch below. Fortunately, only the driver was present in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
After the incident, the local people immediately reached the spot and the driver was taken out of the ditch and sent to the hospital for treatment. Eyewitnesses said that the driver suffered serious injuries, but his life was saved due to timely relief.
According to sources, both the accident vehicle and the driver are from Bagi village near Vyasghat.
No official statement has come from the administration yet. The causes of the accident are being investigated.
