Despite the Indo Pak war having come to an end with only two three days of direct confrontation causing serious damage to Pakistan , the politicians of various hue and cry in India are busy trying to capitalise the situation by their statements for and against though everyone says that they are with the government and the Defence forces to beat Pakistan in order to maintain the sovereignty and integrity of this great country. The patriotic and nationalist fervour was obviously undeniable and unparalleled irrespective political and ideological affiliations. The chapter of Tiranga Yatras and Jai Hind Yatras in various parts of the country have also commenced and leaders busy with their statements either accusing the ruling political dispensation or the latter criticising the opposition.

Meanwhile, the former chief minister, former union minister and member CWC Harish Rawat in his diplomatic post has raised several questions and talked in detailed of the international political and diplomatic scenario impacting India post war.

Though lauding the operation Sindoor Harish Rawat said we had high expectations from this operation thinking that terrorism from Pakistan will be completely wiped out and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir on which the neighbouring enemy country Pakistan is sitting like a coiled venomous snake will be finally ours.

Harish Rawat though terms the valour, courage and unity of our defence forces highly laudable in the initial phase of the war – he leaves a question mark saying that the nation started believing that the goals of wiping out terrorism from Pakistan completely are attainable but than diplomatically brings US president Donald Trump into picture raising yet another controversy that he repeatedly utters about bringing peace between India and Pakistan, this taking the entire credence for nothing. Though he reminiscences the former PM Indira Gandhi saying that she is remembered a lot at this juncture who dared to send back the US seventh fleet back to their country with guts and determination that has entered the bay of Bengal in support of Pakistan and decided it into two nations.

Rawat talks on various issues and about nations like Bangladesh, Nepal , China, US, Turkey and their impact on India particularly Indo Pak strained relations and two super powers US and China’s role in it.

He also talks about the all party delegation that is visiting several world countries including the role of expansionist China, and Turkey who are standing rock solid in support of Pakistan with US though India’s close friend counting Pakistan too as its traditional friend.

There is a saying that if I say it, my grandmother will die and if I don’t, the dog will bite me. Huge national expectations were also attached to #OperationSindoor. It was expected that the hood of terrorism would be crushed forever, POK, on which Pakistan is coiled like a poisonous snake, would be made a part of India.

Seeing the amazing valor, courage and national unity shown by our forces in the initial phase of Operation Sindoor, the country started believing that both these goals were attainable. Donald Trump repeatedly says that I negotiated.

First he said that I have got this ceasefire done, I will also look into the Kashmir issue and now he is saying that I talked to both of them, nuclear war could have happened but I did not let it happen, this statement of his is making us feel irritated.

Indira Gandhi is being missed a lot at this time. During the Bangladesh war, America had sent the seventh fleet towards the Bay of Bengal and Indira ji, General Manekshaw and the Indian Army were rapidly advancing towards Dhaka and it was certain that the flag of Bang Vahini was going to be hoisted on Dhaka so the then President of America, Nixon, used all his power to somehow talk to Mrs. Indira Gandhi.

The matter happened when the flag of Bang Vahini was hoisted on Dhaka and the Pakistani army including General Niazi surrendered. I wish something like this would have happened this time too. Anyway, Operation Sindoor is going on.

We all are with the government, an all-party delegation of honourable MPs is also going to tell India’s side to the world. It is necessary to understand the reality and take steps accordingly.
On one side is Pakistan, in the middle is China and on the other side is Bangladesh surrounded by India. We will have to tell Donald Trump clearly that the overthrow of Sheikh Hasina’s government in Bangladesh and handing over power to the anti-India Yunus is a threat to India’s security.

A new problem has emerged in our Northeast in the form of the present Bangladesh government.

Awami League and Sheikh Hasina ji had indirectly made an unprecedented contribution to the peace, goodwill and development of the North East because they did not allow anti-India forces and terrorist organizations of North East to emerge on their soil.

I believe that it was our biggest strategic failure that India’s great friend Sheikh Hasina was overthrown in Bangladesh.

Well, at this time some other story has started and we have to focus on that. But it cannot be said for how long Nepal will remain neutral in this new triangle that has emerged.

The day Nepali Congress breaks away from the government, the stance of the communist parties there may again become pro-China. The danger has been averted for some time.

In Operation Sindoor, China and Turkey were ridiculed more for their weapons like air defence systems, missiles and drones than Pakistan. Irritated China and Turkey may once again provide more dangerous weapons to irresponsible Pakistan.

China can give the defence system it has built to deal with a confrontation with the US to Pakistan. The threat of terrorism remains the same along our borders. We should prepare ourselves to face such a situation in the future.

If necessary, hydrogen bombs should also be made and the air defence system should be made more sharp and strong. The strength of the navy also needs to be doubled.

In such a security environment, we cannot take the risk of being even a little careless, otherwise a proverb from the Garhwali language of our Garhwal will perfectly suit us that “She saw the naked and started farming Timla-Timla”.
