LOP Rahul Gandhi question’s government : How many Indian Defence aircrafts did we lose ?

The leader of the opposition Rahul Gandhi took the statement of union external minister S. Jaishankar seriously and raised questions as to what was the need to inform Pakistan about the attacks on the terror launch pads also questioning about the number of Defence aircrafts of India destroyed by the enemy forces etc. Rahul Gandhi termed this as Crime. LOP Rahul Gandhi has raised the issue after the union external affairs minister Dr. Jaishankar’s video appeared in the social media revealing that he had spoken to Pakistan authorities making it absolutely clear that we are attacking the terror launch pads in Pakistan not the military installations , hence they should not intervene but regretfully they didn’t heed to our information said the external affairs minister Dr. Jaishankar.

However, the PIB fact check has while contradicting Rahul Gandhi’s statement etc denied the statements of Dr. Jaishankar , external affairs minister and termed as fabricated.

The leader of the opposition Rahul Gandhi has posted questions on social media X on 7 th May as below:

Informing Pakistan at the start of our attack was a crime. EAM has publicly admitted that GOI did it.

  1. Who authorised it?
  2. How many aircraft did our airforce lose as a result? asked Rahul Gandhi.

When there was no response to Gandhi’s query from the government he posted again another tweet saying EAM Jaishankar’s silence isn’t just telling — it’s damning.

  1. So I’ll ask again: How many Indian aircraft did we lose because Pakistan knew?
  2. This wasn’t a lapse. It was a crime. And the nation deserves the truth.
