Russian Federation of Communist party’s Moscow unit leaders visit CPI’s Delhi office. Receive a warm welcome
The Russian Federation of Communist Party was in New Delhi today after a protracted gap. When USSR existed the Russian Federation of Communist party was a regular visitor to India being the traditional friend of India. There were mutual agreements on trade, business, foreign relations and everything especially till USSR didn’t got divided. The foreign policy shift thereafter after the change of government in India and division of USSR was inevitable. The Indian foreign policy tilted towards US and simultaneously after the division of USSR the communist block suffered disintegration in several countries as well.
The USSR had however been the great friend of India and the CPI for decades. Today, the Communist Party of Russian Federation was welcomed at CPI Delhi State Council office. This delegation consisting of Mr. Zubrilin Nikolay, Head of the Communist Party faction in the Moscow City DUMA and member of the Central Committee CPRF, Mr. Timokhov Sergei ,Head of the Staff of the Communist Party faction in the Moscow City DUMA visited the Delhi CPI office and acknowledged a great reception.
The Russian delegates were welcomed by the Secretary of CPI Delhi State Council and national council Professor Dinesh Varshney by narrating in detail the History of Delhi, History of CPI Delhi State since it formation in 1939, it’s relentless role in freedom struggle of INDIA and party’s present political status and existing conditions in Delhi and at the pan India level.
There after Mr . Zubrilin Nikolay while thanking CPI Delhi for invitation explained in details the Role of CPRF in Russia also explaining the ongoing Russia -Ukrain War, and the stand of the Russian Federation of Communist Party on this war. He said that Ukraine government is not government of the people but are fascist. This was is not started from last three years but infact going on from last 8 years by Ukraine side said the Russian delegation leader of the Communist party.
He criticised the NATO and capitalist nations obviously referring to United States saying that they are playing a very dirty game. He emphasized that the CPRF always fight for the social safety and security of the Russian and Ukrainian people. It helps them financially as well asserted the Russian Communist leader in Indian visit.
Delegates in the beginning were received and garlanded by COMRADE Shankarlal, Kehar Singh, Ramraj, Absar Ahmed, Sanjeev Kumar Rana all Secretariat members of CPI Delhi State Council.
This welcome meeting was joined by entire team of leadership of CPI Delhi State Council consisting of Secretaries, Presidents of All mass fronts like Trade Union, Youth , Students, Women. All districts Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries. PWA Delhi State Secretary Prof. Arjumand Ara, Sajid Joint Secretary of JNUSU, and others were also present in this ocassion said Professor Dinesh Varshney.
