Ashutosh Negi and anguished parents of Ankita Bhandari reiterate their demand to nail the VIP by probing the call details of all the culprits including the VIP named by them

The senior journalist cum activist and organising secretary of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal Ashutosh Negi has catagorically repeated his charge that the so called VIP in Ankita Bhandari case is being allegedly protected and SIT not conducting necessary probe to nail the actual culprit known as a VIP or VVIP in this case who was believed to have been present on the day or day before in the Yamkeshwar Vanantara resort demanding the special service that led to the alleged rape and murder of the 19 year old innocent girl Ankita Bhandari whose mutilated dead body with her teeth damaged n body badly bruised was found in the Chila canal, Rishikesh few days after.
Addressing a press conference in Dehradun alongwith the anguished parents of late Ankita Bhandari , with her mother crying constantly putting her head down in pain, Ashutosh Negi said that the mother of Ankita Bhandari had already revealed the name of the said VIP and letter already written to the DM Pauri naming the VIP who belongs to the saffron party and is an office bearer of the BJP but nothing has been done by the authorities concerned to nail the culprit known as VIP in the case.
Negi said the SIT should have probed and gone through deeply on the details of call records of Bhaskar, Pulkit Arya and Ankit on the day of the murder , before and after including the phone details of the VIP named by the mother of Ankita who was the regular visitor to Vanantara resort and was also allegedly present on the day of the alleged murder or a day before in the resort. The probe could have revealed all the call details with names as to whom these culprits have contacted and what transpired between them. The WhatsApp chat may also help in this regard.
The family of Ankita had got the tip in this regard through their authentic n reliable sources but the SIT has not probed them or nailed them or the other person supposed to be the VIP.
Ashutosh Negi said that their only request to the honourable supreme court is to kindly take notice of these facts and direct the agencies concerned to check the details of phone record of the said VIP n other culprits on 18 th September, a day before and a day after and the reality will come out for sure. This is the only request to honourable Supreme Court said Ashutosh Negi affirming his and the affected parents full faith in the justice of delivery by the apex court n the honourable judicially.
Apart from this he also said that the courts have already asked the UK CM, government authorities etc to respond as to how and why the area MLA Renu Bisht had damaged the Vanantara resort by calling a bull dozer playing with the evidence but nothing has been done to bring them to justice said Ashutosh Negi in his press conference. He demand free, fair and impartial justice for Ankita Bhandari and nailing of the VIP who is the crux behind the entire episode. Negi said that when he raised the demand to arrest the culprit named as VIP by Ankita’s parents raising his voice against the local and state administration to shying away to take legal action against the said VIP he was arrested on fabricated charges and sent to jail.
