Four die in a fatal accident at Roorkie, Uttarakhand after the Scorpio they were travelling in overturned after hitting a divider
Yet another deadly accident has taken place on Delhi Haridwar Highway this morning ghastly killing four persons and injuring four others after the driver of a speeding Scorpio lost control turning upside down after hitting the divider.
According to the latest news eight persons were coming to Chandrapuri to participate in a marriage function from Meerut when all of a sudden at Devband Chowk of Roorkie, the driver of the speeding Scorpio lost control badly hitting the divider and overturning it, leading to four ghastly deaths on the spot and four others co passengers injured grievously.
On hearing the noise of the accident the nearby people and the locals came running towards the overturned Scorpio with shrieks of the injured and tried to retrieve them.
Two persons succumbed to grievous injuries on the spot and two others died after being ferried to a nearby hospital.
Out of the four injured the condition of two is grievous but are being rendered best possible treatment in the hospital.
The local police that arrived in the scene had kept the four dead bodies in the Roorkie government hospital mortuary while four injured are being given best possible treatment.
The names of the three deceased are : Sujal son of Satish resident of Akhtiyarpur, Daurala, Meerut , Sonu son of Mukesh resident of Shahpur Meerut, Vansh son of Amit resident of Akhtiyarpur, Meerut while the name of fourth deceased is being identified.
