FBI releases the poster of Ex RAW agent Yadav declaring him WANTED for plot to assassinate American citizen Panun on its soil

A journalist from Punjab Gurpreet Singh Mahal has posted a wanted poster on his social media handle X that has been released by the FBI with three photographs of a former RAW agent Vikas Yadav under the title : Ex RAW Yadav official declared wanted by FBI in the Gurupatwant Singh Pannun Case exhibited on the poster.

According to the description given in the FBI poster about Mr. Vikas Yadav an ex RAW official he originally hails from Pranpura, Haryana, India where he was born 39 years ago with 5-10 to 6-1 height.

Under another title CAUTION below in Red, the FBI poster released on social media mentions that Vikas Yadav is wanted for allegedly directing a plot to assassinate a United States lawyer and political activist of Indian origin on the United States soil.

Yadav is an Indian National based in India and used as Amanat as an alias when communicating with his co conspirator, another Indian national to facilitate the murder Plot says the poster.

The FBI poster further states that Yadav allegedly provided information, such as the victim’s residential addresses , phone numbers and other identifying information to Indian national in furtherance of the plot adding further that Yadav and his colleagues conspirator arranged for an associated to deliver 15 thousand dollars in cash in New York as an advance payment for the murder.

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Yadav in the United States District Court , Southern District of New York, on October 10 after he was charged with Murder for Hire, Conspiracy to commit murder for hire and money laundering conspiracy says the contents of the FBI poster further saying that if anybody have any information and clue he or she should inform the American Consulate of Embassy.

According to news reports on Thursday the Indian External Affairs ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal while replying to the query on a person identified in the indictment by the US justice department catagorically stated that the person is not an employee with the government of India any more.

According to the report the FB Director Christopher Wary says that ” The defendant and Indian government employee, allegedly conspired with a criminal associate and attempted to assassinate a US citizen on American soil for Exercising their First Amendment Rights. The criminal associate referred to here is a person called Nikhil Gupta who was arrested in the Czech Republic and extradited to the US to face trial in the alleged plot to assassinate Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Nikhil Gupta was arrested in the Czech Republic last year and is languishing in a US jail after extradition.

It may be recalled that Gurupatwant Singh Panun, advocate is allegedly considered as a pro Khalistani leader living in US.
