57 YEAR OLD COMIC ACTOR CURRENTLY ACTING IN POPULAR “THE KAPIL SHARMA” SHOW DIES OF CANCER. RIP

57 years old popular comic actor having acted in more than thirty Marathi, Telugu and Hindi films presently working in the most popular The Kapil Sharma show now streaming in Netflix being exhibited in 192 countries has breathed his last today in Mumbai after battling cancer for some time.

The shocking untimely death of Atul Parchure has sent shock waves in Bollywood and television fraternity.

He left behind his wife and a son.

Parchure is a known face having workedin different comic roles from 1985 till 2024. His outstanding comic acting and different roles in Hindi, Marathi and Telugu films including acting in The Kapil Sharma show will be remembered fondly.

According to the latest news Atul Parchure who was suffering from a tumor in his liver was a versatile actor known for his exceptional comic timing and significant performances across various platforms viz films, theatre and TV serials .

He made a mark in both television and films, featuring prominently in popular comedy shows like RK Laxman Ki Duniya, Jaago Mohan Pyaare, Yam Hain Hum, Badi Doooor Se Aaye Hain, The Kapil Sharma Show and several Marathi serials. Parchure’s debut was in Marathi film as a child artist in 1985.

Atul Parchure Atul Parchure was born on 30 November 1966 and died on 14 October 2024 suffering from Liver cancer admitted in a Mumbai hospital for the last few days.

He was an Indian actor who performed in films, television serials, and on stage particularly in Comic Roles. He is mainly known for his comedic roles in Marathi and Hindi film industry.

Although he was mainly seen working in movies, he played in Vasu Chi Sasu, Priyatama, and Tarun Turk Mhatare Arka to his credit. He worked alongside various actors and was seen playing supporting roles. Some of his work can be seen in the movies Navra Mazha Navsacha, Salaam-E-Ishq, Partner, All the Best: Fun Begins, Khatta Meetha, Bbuddah… Hoga Terra Baap, and Brave Heart. His 2017 release includes the Marathi drama film Conditions Apply – Ati Lagu. Directed by Girish Mohite, the movie along with Atul Parchure stars Subodh Bhave, Radhika Vidyasagar and Dipti Srikanth in the lead.

Parchure worked on Zee Marathi’s popular show Jaago Mohan Pyare along with Supriya Pathare and Shruti Marathe. He also acted as the protagonist in Bhago Mohan Pyare on Zee Marathi which is the sequel of Jago Mohan Pyaare. He received Best Actor and Best Comedy Character Awards in Zee Marathi Utsav Natyancha Awards 2019 by this serial.

Parchure died from complications (the cancer previously been completely removed however pus formed in the space created by removing the tumor which caused his liver to fail and after that his kidneys also started to fail) related to cancer in Mumbai, on 14 October 2024, at the age of 57.
