BABA SIDDIQUE who had joined NCP (Ajit Pawar) leaving 58 years old protracted association shot dead in Mumbai

A Congress heavy weight earlier who had more than four decades old association with Congress having joined it when he was quiet young, a three term MLA having lost at the hands of BJP in 2014 having recently joined the Nationalist Congress Party led by Ajit Pawar, the deputy CM of Maharashtra Baba Siddiqui was brutally attacked by three killers hot by bullets from close range who finally succumbed to the grievous bullet injuries in a Mumbai hospital where he was hurriedly admitted and rendered immediate treatment. According to he later news the NCP leader Baba Siddique was killed outside his son Zehan’s office in Bandra East. He was immediately rushed to the Leelawati hospital but he couldn’t survive due to the grievous bullet injuries fired on him from close range probably three rounds. Baba Siddique was quite popular in Bandra East constituency having lost against BJP candidate in 2014 when pro Modi wave was favouring the saffron party. He had five decades long association with the Congress party and was a grounded leader joining NCP Ajit Pawar group recently. The Mumbai police has arrested two culprits involved in this shooting with the third one absconding and police on a look out for him. The Bollywood actor and close acquaintance of Baba Siddique disturbed Sanjay Dutt visited Leelawati hospital after knowing about the brutal attack on Congress turned NCP leader and his subsequent death due to three bullet injuries. He seemed extremely disturbed on learning about the death of Baba Siddique. Another super star of Bollywood Salman Khan too has cancelled his shooting of Big Boss on hearing the news about the death of Baba Siddique and is reaching the Leelawati hospital.
