HOSPITALS FILLED WITH DENGUE PATIENTS IN DEHRADUN, spreads like epidemic report people ?

There are reports of deadly Dengue spreading like a wild fire in Dehradun, the state’s capital. According to Subhash Kanti who was in Dehradun with some personal work was shocked to see Dengue spreading like wild fire in several colonies of the state capital with hospitals, government as well as private full of patients. Mr. Kanti says that this disease has adopted the proportion of epidemic and the incharge of the Health Department of MDDA Dr. Avinash Khanna is not responding in this regard despite his best efforts. He is not even responding to the calls of the patients as well as others. There is panic all around. Mr. Kanti has tried to contact him over his phone but he never responds said Subhash. There are NEWS reports that majority of the big hospitals government or private are full of patients of DENGUE and the near and near ones of the patients are busy arranging for platelets not able to bear the expensive treatment as the demand for just one unit is Rs 10000 to 12000. In Engineer Enclave, Kaanvli, Mothrowala, Balaawaala and adjoining areas there are lots of patients of Dengue. The health department of Uttarakhand should rise to the occasion and the health minister concerned should concentrate his total energy and attention towards this increasing Dengue menace and ensure that best possible treatment is rendered to all the patients and the hospital management responds to the patients immediately with patients given all possible support and help to recover fast including arranging blood for fulfilling their platelets needs. If possible the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhani should divert his maximum attention towards this issue and make Dehradun rid of Dengue while also activating the Municipal Corporation authorities to start killing insects by pumping required chemicals in all the localities of Dehradun to rid them of deadly dengue insects on massive scale. Mosquito fogging of natural Pyrethrum using ULV spraying should be done on massive scale daily in all the residential localities of Dehradun on a war footing to control dreaded Dengue forthwith.

Renowned social activist, founder of SDC Anoop Nautiyal has confirmed that the position of Dengue in Dehradun is extremely panicky with 90% of the messages appearing in his WhatsApp group pertaining to blood requirement in view of expeditious platelets falling in patients inflicted by this disease. According to his message in X, earlier Twitter various departments of the state government has rather resolving this issue made the situation in jeopardy. This is extremely condemnable. Had the health department and government agencies equipped themselves to cope with the situation, the people wouldn’t have suffered so badly.
