Doyen of medical profession who educated and mobilised people during critical Covid times is no more. Shocking !
There is an extremely shocking news not only for the medical fraternity but also for countrymen as we’ve lost a real fighter against dreaded pandemic Covid last night who had been though during his entire life but especially during the most challenging and critical pandemic times educating people against this dreaded disease relentlessly. A true fighter Padamashree, eminent cardiologist Dr. K.K.Agrawal succumbed to dreaded pandemic yesterday night after battling it for the last few days.
There is a shock wave in the country especially in Delhi which was his arena of professional and social work and invaluable contribution during the last several decades organising annual health Melas in the national capital educating and mobilising people about the various treatments, regulations n instructions about the heart diseases n other ailments etc.
A 1958 born Dr. K.K. Aggrawal was the chief of his medical NGO Heart Care Foundation which organised umpteen number of seminars, blood donation camps, heart n health fairs and workshops in Delhi n various parts of the country since decades, educating and mobilising cardiac patients as well as those suffering from other ailments as to how they should remain fit and lead healthy n comfortable Iives. Prestigious Padmashree recipient, completely wedded to mobilising people against health hazards and welfare of the people Dr. K.K. Agrawal was mobile most of the time making his life’s mission to dedicate himself for the good of the society as a medical professional. His commitment to the noble cause as a true warrior can be gauged from the very fact that during the critical Covid 19 times from day one he had made incessant efforts with immense dedication to educated the masses about the severe implications of the pandemic suggesting ways n means to get out of it. He reached about 100 million people globally during challenging Covid times through numerous vedios and educational programmes and proved successful in saving countless lives. He was a fighter with indomitable spirits who wanted her s life to be celebrated not mourned. What is shocking about Dr. Agrawal’s sad demise is he had been innoculated with two jabs of vaccines. Dr. Agrawal died in AIIMS being on ventilator battling Covid for the last several days.

Very sad to know that Doyen of Medical Profession Dear Dr K K Aggarwal is no more. He succumbed to COVID last night after devoting a distinguished career in Medical service. He was a true innovator and an extraordinary personality who touched lives of millions of his followers in different fields. He shot into prominence in public life with his Trademark Annual Perfect Health Melas which he organised meticulously from 1993 onwards for 27 long years under the aegis of Heart Care Foundation.
He was synonymous with IMA New Delhi Branch and nurtured its growth from grassroots level to a formidable force at National Level.
DMA saw an Action Packed Year during his Presidential Tenure with Annual Report running into more than hundred pages describing the activities done during the year.
Thereafter , he moved to IMA Headquarters to serve the profession as HSG and then National President of Indian Medical Association. He made a mark in World Medical Association & CMAAO making India proud of its illustrious son. His Extraordinary Abilities were well recognised at National Level when he was decorated with prestigious B C Roy Award and Padma Shri.
Born on TEACHER’S DAY in 1958, he devoted his life in educating masses and during this Pandemic
had reached every household in India through his Educational Videos and Health Talks on COVID.
Due to sheer grit & determination, K K occupied a special place in millions of hearts ♥️ across the Globe and will be remembered for Time Immemorial. Void created by you is hard to fill.
