Former CM Harish Rawat to give voice sample to CBI. Rawat drags the name of Vijay Bahuguna in sting operation episode of 2016.Writes a long FB post !

The CBI court has today directed former Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat to give his voice samples to the CBI as it has asked for. The court has also issued notice to Umesh Kumar and Madan Singh Rawat, both MLAs in this, regard.

This investigation of CBI pertains to the 2016 sting operation carried out by Umesh Kumar, now MLA then journalist in a horse trading case at Jolly grant airport Rishikesh creating quite a furore in the political corridors of both Congress and BJP. The advocate of Harish Rawat, Manmohan Kandwal has confirmed about CBI court’s directives in this, regard.

Meanwhile the main opposition party in Uttarakhand, Congress though involved in factionalism – its former chief minister and senior Congress leader Harish Rawat is worried about his old sting operation case , which is being revived by the premier investigation agency CBI.

Now, the senior Congress leader Rawat is busy giving clarifications on the sting operation that took place in 2016 and finally resulted in his political debacle.

Now he has dragged the name of his bete noire Vijay Bahuguna, former Uttarakhand CM now in BJP having led the ten Congress MLAs of Uttarakhand joining BJP in 2016-17.

As a sequel to his new initiative Harish Rawat has released a clipping of a video of the sting operation in which he is being seen conversing with the then chief of Samachar plus, now MLA from Khanpur, Roorkie Umesh Kumar in which the name of the former CM Vijay Bahuguna and Saket Bahuguna appears.

In a tweet annexing this portion of video clip of 2016 and his detailed post in social media Harish Rawat wrote with a hashtag in Hindi : # In this so called sting operation the expert sting operator has doctored it. I want to write and share the sting separately on Facebook in a gap of 2,2 days for you kind perusal.

Harish Rawat writes that the sting operator says that a person who was the CM of the state ( Uttarakhand) pointing towards Vijay Bahuguna, though not naming him, who is known as the son of the Himalayaputra, is the person behind this sting operation. I don’t know if money changed hands and in what quantum ? He ( Sting operator) says Rawat that a son of that man who has also contested an MP election was the setter in this entire operation as a broker in the residence of the chief minister rather a chief broker and as a result the then CM had to leave his post or was asked to leave as CM adding that the # CBI doesn’t take the cognisance of what the sting operator utters in the video.

The sting operator is pointing towards the ” SUTRADHAR” OF DEFECTION even uttering that money changed hands, the CBI has not made him the co accused. Rawat has gone to the extent of saying that the father and son duo should have been made the co accused in this, so as to enable exposure their misdeeds about how much brokerage ( Dalaali) has materialised in this deal. The country should have known what type of CM was he and his son. Hail CBI – a person who was duty bound to save the government, the CBI wants to book him by hook or by crook and a person against whom the sting operator is levelling serious charges of exchange of money in horse trading etc the CBI is maintaining silence against him. Even BJP is silent and has accorded him a respectful leadership stature in their party. As per the sting operator – a setter, broker and the one involved in horse trading with alleged money changing hands by him is being given respectful leadership status in the saffron party. I am trying to bring forth a part of the video clip of the so called doctored sting operation so as to enable you to think over it, as to what type of people were they who had tried for the downfall of the Congress government and were the part of those who applied blot on the democratic history including those who had made the chief minister’s residence the “ADDA OF DALAALI” wrote Harish Rawat concluding that in this episode the name of Shri Shri Vijay Vargiya has also appeared. This is such a name that if it comes to be heard in or near Dehradun, then it’s mandatory that some trouble will definite come over Uttarakhand wrote Harish Rawat.
