CHARGES FRAMED AGAINST THREE CULPRITS IN ANKITA BHANDARI CASE , BAIL DENIED !

The Kotdwar Additional District Judge court, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand has on Friday turned down the appeal for bail of the culprits in Ankita Bhandari murder case viz Pulkit arya, Bhaskar and Ankit and also fixed the charges on them which they didn’t agreed to – as a result the court has fixed 28 March as the next hearing date. The healthy looking culprits despite having committed such an obnoxious and shameful crime instead of repenting on their bad deeds of horrendous act were asking for bail on the grounds that they have been falsely and on fabricated grounds trapped by their political opponents. Shame in them. Kindly recall that this matter has been immensely highlighted in media and the apex court of India has also admitted the Special Leave Petition folded by senior advocate Collin Gonsalves on behalf of journalist Ashutosh Negi and mother n father of the deceased. According to the latest news the culprits were taken out of the court amid lot of slogan shouting and protests by socio political activists. Several activists if Congress party who were protesting outside the court premises had skirmishes with police finally leading to their arrests. Several representatives of social n political organisation has also staged dharma outside the court precincts urging the judiciary to frame charges against severe IPC acts probably death sentence for so brutally murdering a 19 year old innocent girl Ankita who served as a receptionist in Vanantara resort near Rishikesh at Yamkeshwar block. Kindly recall that this brutal murder allegedly took place on 18 th December, 2022 and the lethargic and negligent revenue police lodged the FIR on 21 nd September, 2022 after the matter was raised in the electronics and print media including protest demonstrations etc. All the three culprits were arrested on 22 September who has accepted having beaten and pushed Ankita into the river at Rishikesh after quarrel and she protesting n rejecting the pressure from these culprits to oblige a VIP in the resort by offering her special services.
